Standard View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Gulf View Rooms feature a private balcony with views of the coastline, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Gulf Front Junior Suites offer direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a deluxe bathroom featuring a a step-in shower and separate Roman-style tub. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and a double sleeper sofa sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Be Aware! There will be an additional charge for Valet parking! If you're renting a car or driving to the hotel prepare to pay extra after the trip. The facilities here are pristine and clean. The pool is always warm even on the chilly winter mornings. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating for children. The facilities here are pristine and clean. The pool is always warm even on the chilly winter mornings. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating for children. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like a guest instead of a dollar sign. Free coffee refills all day at the market place was a great bonus. The restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal not both breakfast and dinner and rivals any place outside the building. We come to Florida at least twice a year and this has by far been one of our best family destinations. We will definitely be back here. Read less

Great location, excellent food. The white sand beach is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful and newly renovated. We stayed here on a family trip and everyone had a great time. The hotel has a fabulous buffet that we enjoyed every morning.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Wonderful pool (heated to a constant 74 degrees (or thereabout), great service (and friendly) both in the hotel and at the pool, nice amenities, and a comfortable room that was rather large (king room), nice closet space, and lots of drawers. Had a partial view of the bay with a nice little balcony. The food was good and the drinks delicious! The shower was very nice with two heads and the elevators were quick. Free shuttle service to places around the hotel. The concierge, Melinda, was fantastic!! The area had a sand sculpting competition two weekends in a row and there was a sculptor in the lobby making Santa, in his chair, along with gifts and a replica of the hotel. The eyes on Santa were fabulous. It looked like he was following you as you walked past - awesome artistry. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. If you want to change it up and get some good breakfast/lunch food, walk across the street to the Clearview Cafe. Great service and delicious! Note: the hotel is undergoing renovations but it's only during the daytime hours when you should be at the beach or pool. We heard a bit of it around 8:30 am but it was not bothersome and easy to workaround. I am sure it'll be beautiful when done for the high season in 2024 so we may have to return! Read less

In fact I had to plug my phone and lamp into an outlet 2 feet away from nightstand. The small fridge makes noise- vibrates-all night. The drawers don't shut. There is no mirror in room. Only a mirror in bathroom. The full length mirror is gone. The bathroom is all white similar to a holiday inn. . And all the criticism is null and void for a holiday inn. But We paid $500/night for a bit of luxury. No luxury here at Sandpearl. Read less
