Booked several pricey spa services with a friend - we’ve both been here before - and we’re again told use of all facilities and pool area was welcome as we had several hours between treatments. Headed to the pool to relax only to be shunned and told spa guests are not “hotel” guests and unwelcome. Forced us to leave and said we could only remain in the spa area. Despite our total costs far exceeding a hotel stay. Upon returning to the spa we literally heard someone confirm a reservation on the phone being told the same - pool area included. When we challenged this they said we misunderstood the “pool area” is limited to the inside jacuzzi - which is NOT a pool and is labeled coed spa area. No other spas in the area that charge these prices exclude patrons from pool areas. Never again. Read less

I am pleased to say that the resort has made many updates to the rooms and bathrooms. Everything was refreshed and it is always such a nice treat to see so many familiar faces in the staff that we have come to know for a decade plus. I truly don’t have a negative thing to say. Even on the one rainy day, the staff accommodated guests with umbrellas and fresh towels if one ventured out. Truly the most wonderful experience one could hope to indulge in. We will see you next year! Read less

Nice waterfront property, the lobby has a luxurious feel. We stayed in a king partial waterfront view. The room was clean and quiet, unfortunately the other part of the partial view overlooked the dumpster area, so we did not use the balcony. Next time I would request a front view or a view overlooking the pool area. Resort is easy walking to restaurants, shopping and the pier. Although people did “save” chairs in the pool area, there were plenty of seats and the poolside service from the bar was great, we enjoyed drinks and a light lunch delivered to our chairs, the food was average. We were surprised that in addition to the $35 daily resort fee, there was an additional $30 charge if you wanted an umbrella with your beach chair. We did not eat at the main dining option, but did enjoy the staff and options at the coffee shop. Parking is valet only at $40 day, no other option. The car was always there within minutes when we requested it. Overall a relaxing resort on the water with attentive staff. Read less

Beautiful resort. Clean and family friendly. Very busy week since it’s spring break. Could use more staff by the pool for food and drinks. Flag system is sub par. Pool was fun, only knock is the vibe was a little lacking because they had no music. Kyle the pool sever was great, you’re lucky if you get him, we had him for most of our stay.
