390 rooms and suites on 9 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi access*, complimentary bottled water, mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. 

Standard Rooms are 336 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people (5th person may be accommodated on a rollaway bed*).

Resort View Balcony Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Pool View Rooms feature a balcony, and 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Partial Gulf View Rooms are on higher floors with views of the grounds and gulf in the distance from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Gulf View Rooms feature unobstructed ocean views from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people (5th person may be accommodation on a rollaway bed*).

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. However if you want any amenities this is not the hotel for you. The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. However if you want any amenities this is not the hotel for you. First, all luggage carts to assist guests are locked. If the bellman is not there you are out of luck. My four small children and I lugged all our stuff to and from the car while the front desk watched and seven luggage carts remained locked. Need to heat up food? Also, nope. There are zero microwaves for guests to use. Need to fluff a beach towel or do a load of laundry? Also, nope. No laundry on site either. Need to workout? Also, no. Workout room has been closed for the last two years we have been here. They do offer beach towels at the pool so that is a plus. The construction wasn’t bad either and will look really pretty once complete. I’m a loyal Marriott customer but very disappointed at the offerings here. Read less

They are in the process of doing a complete renovation on the property. The new rooms a fabulous. The exterior work is changing the appearance of the Resort. The staff are always there to help you with most anything

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. The room we were assigned to was directly above a work zone, so we could not use our balcony, because there was a big cloud of steel dust outside our room. we couldn’t stay inside the room because they were painting underneath us with spray guns, and the noise was totally irritating, of our four day stay, we had no maid service on one day. And anyone we mentioned any of this too we’re totally disinterested. there was one bright spot a young lady named Gia was very helpful giving us all sorts of useful information. They are under construction. No REALLY!. Half the place is unusable. Construction machines start at 7am as well as the banging. Wait til late 2024 to come. The staff and service is amazing.
