Instead of listing to the sound of the ocean and the crashing of waves, I hear the sound of a grinding machine for hours as construction is being done, absolutely not happy about it. They could have informed us that they were having construction work done during our stay. I would have booked somewhere else. Who want that noise all day? Want to say… Read more

Quiet site, suites are clean and roomy. Large balcony was a plus. Short beach walk or shuttle to the Don Cesar for the bigger poolside bar.

Shuttle service was amazing and walkability to so many places. The only thing is, the walls are thin. You can hear baby’s crying and people talking (and they can hear you) like they are in the same room. Cleaning staff standing around all the time and missed cleaning bathroom. Beds are super comfortable! Management aims to please. Overall, a great… Read more

I just went for my birthday in August and got a day pass just to get away and relax. When I first checked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist and manager. They offered me water and gave me a rundown of all the amenities included with my pass. I went out back to the pool area which was so cute. Tasha the bartended was amazing she instantly greeted me and made me feel welcome. She suggested the tacos and chicken quesadilla. Omg they were so good! I also don’t drink, but I ordered a pina colada and she also made me a mudslide. If you don’t drink like myself, then those were the perfect options I loved both. After I ate went out to the beach and rented a chair and umbrella with Fabian. One of the kindest people I’ve ever met such an awesome guy! He was so attentive to everyone out on the beach coming by to check on me often to make sure I didn’t need anything and adjusting my umbrella, because the sun was beaming that day. I can’t wait to visit again and bring friends with me next time. The overall atmosphere and energy there was a 10/10 I’m so glad I chose to stay there out of all the resorts. Read less
