Absolutely love this underrated hotel! We’ve been coming to this location for 9 years. The staff is some of the best you’ll find. The location is often overlooked due to it not being on the beach, but the waterfront location with an amazing pool makes for a great setting. Most rooms come with a balcony and great view of the water. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and bars along with Publix. The walk to the beach is exactly a mile, so completely doable as well make the morning walk a couple times per trip. Every year we look forward to coming back to this hotel due to its staff and location! See you next year! Read less

The rooms are very nice, though a larger closet, more towel racks in the bathroom and body lotion would be nice improvements. I would have given a 5 Star Review except for the fact that no complimentary room upgrade was offered to a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member even though upgraded rooms were available on line. Read less

Parking is an extra cost, housekeeping needs more training and the pillows tend to go flat. Comfortably furnished, and nice room and hotel amenities including outdoor pool and hot tub. Front desk staff are wonderful, especially Brian and Shellie. Room is a little smallish, offset by nice sized bathroom and balcony. Takes a little creativity to find room for all your things and the mini-fridge is defintely mini. Enjoyed being here in this part of Mad Beach for a change. I would stay there again. Read less

The room was simply but adequately furnished, with plenty of lighting. Storage space was at a premium, and would have been inadequate with 2 or 3 people in the room. The bathroom was simply laid out. More places to hang towels and such are badly needed. It was a real treat to be in a hotel where the HVAC worked as it should and kept the temperature right where I wanted it at all times. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss -- no service at all on one day, no new supply of coffee another. The outdoor pool was nicely heated, and ample towels were provided. All staff, from the front desk to the Bistro servers to the housekeepers, were unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. Read less

This is a wonderful place to stay in Madeira Beach! Located on the wide Intracoastal Waterway, it has stunning views from the poolside balconies and beautiful lobby of sunsets, many types of boats, the draw-bridge, coastal birds, and even dolphins! It is in walking distance of Publix and several restaurants (Slyce Pizza Bar, McDonalds, and Angry Pepper—our favorite) and is a 5-minute drive from a public parking lot at Madeira Beach for walks along the Gulf. The customer service is outstanding, with top-notch employees Bryan, Shelli, and others at the front desk, and two super nice Bistro breakfast employees who all sincerely care about helping the guests have a wonderful experience! Recognizing our Platinum Elite status with Marriott Bonvoy, they put us in amazing rooms and provided food and beverage credit. We stayed here for two trips already after reading the amazing reviews, and we look forward to staying here again on one of our many trips to the Tampa Bay area! Read less
