Located on the award-winning sugary white sands of St Pete Beach. A 40-minute drive to Clearwater. Distance from Tampa International Airport: 30 miles. 

Hotel information

353 rooms on 7 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, tea and coffee making facilities, wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, safe, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms are 250 sq ft and have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Resort View Rooms are 250 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and two double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Resort View Villas are 480 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and feature a separate living room with double-size sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Gulf Front Villas are the same as above, but with views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Complimentary self-parking (included in the resort fee). Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right outside both RumFish Beach Resort and Tradewinds Island Grand Resort.

Stunning beach resort with breathtaking views and exceptional service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Enjoyed the variety of dining options and activities. Perfect for a relaxing getaway! Raegan was great, her time and attention to our dining needs was top notch.

This is our 1st time here, and we stayed at Rumfish Resort. This is a beautiful place to stay. Very picturesque setting right on the Gulf of Mexico. It also provides lots of fun. If you get bored here, it is your own fault. Let me start with our checkin. They were a bit slow, as many people decided to checkin at once. However the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Kudos to Melna, Jo, and Diana. They took a potential stressful situation and turned it around. We did many activities while we were here. It seems they have things happening every hour of the day. When the sun was setting we headed to the Cabana Bar. Never have I had a Pina Colada as tasty as the one that Candace prepared. Her place is a “must visit” place while you are at the resort. All the staff has been so friendly and helpful. This is definitely a must see place for everyone, especially if you have kids. The one issue I had was with the cleanliness of our room. There was dirty silverware in the utensil drawer, and the microwave was dirty. Minor issues compared to all the great things the resort provided us. Read less

The sister hotel next door was also nice although seemed to be busy. Beach slide and pedal boats were great for the kids. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Read less

Kristine at the Kahwa coffee shop made the most amazing lattes in the morning. Kristine customized a few drinks for my wife by adding liquid sugar or steamed milk or extra espressos. I literally feel that I had more lattes than margaritas on my trip.

The beach is beautiful but rumfish is not so nice it's 90 degrees outside and the electric goes out, lady at front has no answers , it's 145 am and I woke up to a sweat and no electric...
