Located on the award-winning sugary white sands of St Pete Beach. A 40-minute drive to Clearwater. Distance from Tampa International Airport: 30 miles.

353 rooms on 7 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, tea and coffee making facilities, wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, safe, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms are 250 sq ft and have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Resort View Rooms are 250 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and two double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Resort View Villas are 480 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and feature a separate living room with double-size sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Gulf Front Villas are the same as above, but with views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Complimentary self-parking (included in the resort fee). Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right outside both RumFish Beach Resort and Tradewinds Island Grand Resort.

I debated whether to write this review but I was so dissappointed with Rumfish Resort I felt I had too. We stayed here 5 years ago and what a difference 5 years can make. This resort is rundown needs to be updated big time. We had a one bedroom villa. The online pictures are disceiving rooms are smaller than they appear and not very clean. Furniture is beat up and full of stains. Our refrigerator went out the last two days we had to throw food out. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Talking to other guests they were complaing to us about the same exact issues. Front desk staff were rude also. On a good note food was good and wait staff and bar tenders and woman who works at the Perks Up by the lobby were a delight. This place is not worth the money. Read less

Great views and wonderful staff! Shout out to David C. who set up our cabanas at the beach! Rooms were clean and spacious. Daily events and loved having night time s’mores at the fire pit. We even won at bingo!

My family and I loved this resort. Rooms were nice, beach was beautiful, daily clam shells for guests, and a great inflatable water slide. There were several places to eat and walking distance to several other restaurants.

We changed our reservation for a different time, then ended up cancelling it all together. I noticed I never received my deposit back. I waited a month thinking maybe it takes some time, but nothing. We changed our reservation for a different time, then ended up cancelling it all together. I noticed I never received my deposit back. I waited a month thinking maybe it takes some time, but nothing. I reached out in September and they said there wasn't a deposit taken. I sent them my credit card statement showing there was. They then found it, it was taken with my old reservation. She asked if I wanted to cancel that to get the refund. I said yes. I still haven't received my refund as of November 21, 2023 and no one will return my emails. I haven't heard from anyone since October 3rd. Terrible customer service. I'm sure the resort would have been awesome, but I won't stay here when I finally get to vacation in Florida. Save the headache and book elsewhere. Read less
