First the positive: after extremely bad experiences we had due to the catastrophic condition of the rooms and the interior, Moe Kramer, Director of Recreation, saved our vacation. We were welcomed by him and his team in the pool area with excellent service and customer orientation and had a wonderful time there with our family of 3. Thank you so much Moe! The beach is very nice and that's it. And now why we won't choose this location never ever again: The so-called resort with exorbitant resort fees and parking fees (totaling $75 a day on top of the room rate) is run down and old. The carpets in the hallways are so square and trash bags and laundry bags everywhere. We booked the highest category of room, a suite, and were given a large room with a kitchenette that was so dirty that we urgently needed another one the next morning. The beds were completely worn out and smelled of the previous occupant. The bathroom is moldy and the ventilation and other metal parts in the room are rusty. The floor was sticky and full of sand. The next day we got another room and the only nice thing was the view over the sea. Then we found French fries from the previous occupant on the floor in the living room, the TV didn't work and everything was worn out and needed urgent renovation. We were not aware that the whole hotel seems to be a smoking hotel, in any case there was a stench on the balcony, in the lobby and in the corridors. Never ever again! Read less

This resort is a great place to spend your vacation! It is right on the beach with close restaurants and conveniences. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the hot tub is great for the chillier nights. Moe is the best, he manages the recreation and ensures you have a one of a kind experience! 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at the wedding, but our room was filthy. Pee under the toilet seat and a build up of dirt and grime on the floors and baseboards. Not worth $300 a night. The rooms haven't been deep cleaned in ages.

Coach Jillian Dzieciol, lead an amazing Yoga session on the beach! It was by far one of my favourite things about my stay. I normally don’t wake up before noon on vacations, but I am so glad we woke up for this Yoga session. My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed it and felt amazing afterwards. Thanks Coach Jillian for your kindness and guidance… Read more

For the amount that we paid for over the Thanksgiving weekend, the experience was for sure a bit lackluster. I got an Oceanview room, which did indeed have a view of the the ocean but honestly still not worth it. The bathroom was filthy. Also, why are they charging a $40 resort fee, but you still have to pay for a beach chair and umbrella on the beach? And charging for parking thats barely even secure?! Also, the food and drinks at Rum Runners was not worth the $40 that I paid for a shrimp crostini and a Mai Thai. I would have been better off bringing my own snacks to the pool. Lastly the a/c in the room was super noisy so it was difficult to sleep at night, and the wifi in our room didn't work. We literally had to take our laptop to the pool to get work done. I brought it up at the front desk and all I was told was "thank you for letting me know". I'm not going to say that my degree in Hotel Management or my years of experience working the front desk means anything here. But I just know that as a customer it would have been nice to be offered some type of refund or even apology after all I spent. It literally was my birthday wknd and all the parts that I enjoyed of the weekend happened off property. Read less
