When we got. Into our one bedroom suite, there is blood stain on the bedsheet on the sofa bed. So unacceptable. And sofa bed is broken. Their team came to bed and change the sheet. Thanks GOD.

And more incidents. Our room is directly down from the roof top bar. So noisy even 11 pm or 11:30 pm midnight. We could not sleep well since the noise is bad.
The water pressure from shower is so weak. The water is so small. And the water is slippery. Not sure about the water quality
Most of the valet people do not have any smile, either.
However , the food and host, servers in the restaurant were great. The food is delicious. The servers were nice. This is only thing and place I feel the BEST in this hotel.

We just absolutely love this hotel, the staff is just so amazing and kind. The restaurant is above and beyond accommodating. The rooms are fabulous and clean. This is the place to stay in tampa!! Walkability to Hyde park and the soho restaurants. You will feel valued. Pool area is great.

As we were back in our room, settling in for the night, we idly flipped through channels on the TV, and we find Back to the Future, when Michael J Fox is about to start singing Johnie B Good. And that brought me back to the last time we stayed here, on the last day of February, 2020. And that was when we were about to face the pandemic, not knowing how that would turn out. And after three and a half crazy years, has anything changed at the Epicurean? Not a damn thing, and that, is a very good thing, indeed. Starting at the front desk, with a warm welcome from the staff and a glass of wine, pinot noir or chardonnay. Where does that ever happen? You in the back there, asking why not a cabernet? Leave the room, please. Thank you. The rooms are, comfortable, the mattress firm, and the bathroom has one of those rainfall shower heads For the Traditionals, a regular shower head is also there as well. And the minibar in the room is no ordinary one. Full sized bottles of wine and half of a full size bottles of vodka, whiskey and bourbon. If that doesn't satisfy one's alcohol needs, then perhaps a twelve step program should be considered. And the restaurant? Excellent as well, no need to go elsewhere to eat. The best part, the walkability of the Epicurean. You can walk to the Bayfront, walk to Hyde Park Village. Not some thing you can do at most Tampa hotels. So book your stay here Your senses will thank you. Oh, one minor quibble. Can we have some self parking please, not just valet?

Our stay at the Epicurean was outstanding and the staff was a 10! Especially Stephanie who so pleasant and helpful with everything. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Tampa. And the bar was super fun and excellent cocktails.

The staff is unbelievable! Hotel is nice and clean, great food and rooftop bar. No complaints! Definitely making it our go to hotel in Tampa. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly and the staff has been so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Don’t worry if you’ve missed a payment or just need a little more time to pay; we have options available to help you. If your holiday is going ahead as planned, you can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. If you’re unsure, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel by requesting a call back in Manage My booking for one of our team to look at options. If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking.
We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility.

If we haven’t notified you of any changes, your holiday will be going ahead as planned but if you prefer to move your holiday to a later time we can help. You can call our team on 0344 472 9499 who can look at options for you.
Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
