Our room facing the water on the 14th floor had a noise I’d equate to a shovel scraping a sidewalk all night long. When I contacted the desk they said they had issues with the elevators which were not adjacent to our room. I did not sleep all night and the hotel was not about to do anything to help. The hotel has definitely gone down. Check in was an absolute nightmare. The wait was extensive (about 20 minutes). My room was showing its wear. Stains on carpet and on couch. The hotel has definitely gone down. Check in was an absolute nightmare. The wait was extensive (about 20 minutes). My room was showing its wear. Stains on carpet and on couch. I was lucky to have a small 1 bedroom suite with a view of the water. The view was nice. In the end the billing took months to get sorted out. They charged wrong cards that were on file (and not presented). Overall it took more work to stay here based on the constant back and forth on billing. Read less

Beautiful hotel ! Loved the location and can walk to a lot of activities or take the free trolley. Rooms were spacious and views of the riverfront were superb. Staff were super friendly. Only downfall is parking… I never figured out where to park without being charged $50 without being able to go in and out.

I travel frequently and I am usually pleased with the service from Marriott properties. But exemplary service should be noted. We have a great room, great front desk service (Sosha), and excellent bar service. I could not be more pleased. THis staff is a credit to its managers and trainers.
