To our surprise Michael the food and beverage manager was tending the bar. After he prepared two of the best Bloody Marys we have ever had. Also, Michael is also gluten free. His knowledge of the menu was extremely helpful. We ate all our meals from the cafe. Jeffrey,Maria,and Amy share the passion of people pleasing. The food is cooked with love. On our second day Jackie was running the bar. Her knowledge of international and local drinks is perfect for experimenting with different mixes. The resort has an adult beverage named Island Breeze. It is heaven on the sun deck. Hanging beside the heated pool in the evening was perfect. This place is a gem. Have no fear. The prices are great and the service is even better. Read less

The location is absolutely perfect with so many well restaurants and bars nearby including Hooyters, Howl at the Moon, Senor Frogs, Pirates crazy golf etc etc. Can't fault this hotel in any way, great value, service and facilities in a perfect location on ID, what more could you want? I loved this resort. We love that the outdoor pool was heated. They also have a small game room, gym room, outdoor grill/bar.It's beautiful and clean resort. Its literally walking distance to many shopping stores and restaurants, not to mention free parking. The only complaint I had was that whoever cleaned the jacuzzi tub didnt do well because they left someone else hair in it. So I didnt get to use the jucuzzi tub. We arrived from the UK on the Thursday and departed on Sunday. It was a very enjoyable stay with the rooms being very clean and tidy and with good facilities. The standout for me has to be Kevin the barman at the pool side. Very friendly and chatty especially when we got talking football and the upcoming playoff games.
