One of the top service hotels in the country., overall front desk staff are very friendly. Great service for Hilton honers. Good bar and restaurant staff. Little old building, however You will definitely enjoy. Great food, good options, nice one as a resort or hotel for family or individual to stay, business or pleasure.

Upon our arrival at 11am, stood in line for 45 min because resort overtaken by dozens of bus loads of competitive dance troops! When finally at desk, they could bot find my reservation I booked thru AFVC months ago. It took another hour to find/ process. Said room not ready until 4pm. We came back at 4 and room still not ready - staff said they would text when ready. At 5:30pm I called them and they said it was ready - no text informing us of such. Rooms were average - bathroom small, shower needed shelves, light fixture in bath hanging by wires, they need more light in the wet bar area. Needed a table to sit around for games/cards/eating. Could use some hooks to hang wet bathing suits. Could use bigger/more trashcans. On the upside the courtyard and pools/bar area were beautiful - enjoyed the outdoor music. The towel dispenser at pools were great so we didn't have to pack them. The spa was not hot which was very disappointing - it was just cold water with jets. I was hoping for a HOT tub. The marketplace and restaurant were nice but not enough staff to sit us for dinner without a 45min wait. I wish the resort would have told us there was a walking path to SeaWorld - would have saved us $32 parking fee. Friends came to visit and were told they'd have to pay $30 to park for 2hrs when there were ample spaces around the hotel. Overall, if it wasn't overrun by spring breakers and competitive sports participants/attendees, I think we would have enjoyed it more. The staff did keep the grounds/outside hallways immaculate with exception of a few loose bricks on the paths. Read less

This place was the absolute WORST. The service was terrible, and useless. We personally called the hotel and did the reservation directly with them, we booked a room for the main hotel. It was supposed to be a room with two queen beds, we were assured on the phone that we would be staying in the main hotel. When we got there they told us they were overbooked and that they were going to put us in a different room for the night that would only have one king size bed, and they told us they would give us a roll up mattress, at no moment did they tell us it was going to be in a completely different part of the hotel. Mind you we are a family of 5 so that would be extremely uncomfortable, when we were getting close to the place we were supposed to stay at, we realized this was not what we paid for, not even close so we went back to the hotel and talked to them about it. The first guy we talked to was completely useless and the second one even worse. The second one was a supervisor, and at one point he had the audacity to get mean when my parents were just trying to explain the situation he just didn’t care. My mom told him to show him the reservation email to prove to him that said email didn’t say villa, my dad found the email and showed him and he actually said that since it didn’t say villa where did it actually say it was in the tower, my mom kept telling calmly that he asked him to prove to him that it didn’t say the villa which she did, at that point he got upset and told us there was nothing at all that they could do for us and to basically take it or leave it she did not like that attitude so we asked for a refund and came to a different hotel. At no point did he actually try to figure a different solution, the hotel sold us a room in the main tower and then sold it again to someone else, it was their mistake and instead of trying to help us they just told us to take it or leave it, if they would have been straight with us from the beginning we wouldn’t have had any issues with it but it was the lying and the false excuses that were upsetting. Our family is never going back there and I recommend people to never go there. (The picture attached is the guy that made us go through that horrific experience) Read less
