We were disappointed with the Knife and Spoon which in our view was not up to Michelin standards. Most of the eating was limited to traditional American food which can be found at any Applebees. Don’t let this put you off though we would go back to this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it for a stay in this area.

At 4 p.m. I checked and it was not charging, I called front desk and they said they will take care. Went to Knife & Spoon for dinner and at 10 p.m. realized my car is still not charging so I called front desk and the guy stayed on the phone with me until my car was plugged in. Strangely, the app on my phone showed that it was plugged in but no charging. This morning I checked and still plugged in but no charging. I went personally to the Valet and they told me my car was not at a charging station but they could plug it in if I wanted to. So I requested to go with them to check there’s nothing wrong with my car. When we arrived to parking lot, my car was nowhere to be found, funny enough it was at the charger, plugged in. I advised them that this charger is broken, they said it was not broken and that it was my car’s issue. They unplugged another vehicle and plugged mune into that other charger and immediately started to charge. Which proved the original charger I was plugged into, was broken indeed. But the valet was rude and tried to engage in an argument with me telling me it is my car’s problem. I bought this car a month ago and have had no issues whatsoever so I knew she was wrong and I just walked away. I have to drive to South Florida at checkout today and I won’t be able to because my car has no lt enough charge. Extremely inconvenient, won’t be staying here again.

Had a great stay here whilst attending a conference, room was great as was room service. Unfortunately I had to jump on various global; calls so used the room service extensively due to time differences. Great selection, but the down side was I did not get chance to utilise the restaurants.

If we haven’t notified you of any changes, your holiday will be going ahead as planned but if you prefer to move your holiday to a later time we can help. You can call our team on 0344 472 9499 who can look at options for you.
Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
