Bit of a late review but we stayed here for the 3rd time end of October 2019. Every time we have had lovely modern, clean rooms, staff at check in have always been friendly and helpful and we’ve enjoyed using the pool. Every time we have had lovely modern, clean rooms, staff at check in have always been friendly and helpful and we’ve enjoyed using the pool. Great views either at the rear of the hotel over the pool with Disney in the far distance or over International Drive at the front. Good location for visiting the theme parks with a good range of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Plenty of parking which has always been included when we have booked with Virgin Holidays. We would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully stay there again Read less

Staff was wonderful in meeting our needs for our board meeting in late June. Hotel was clean and safe during the pandemic time. Food and beverage service was excellent and our board meeting room was set with plenty of social distancing. Very pleasant experience during a difficult time!

We stayed there hoping to relax and get away from stress of the virus. The staff was very rude upon check in. The room was very outdated. The pool was cold and staff was not sanitizing to government regulations. Did not feel safe there. The staff made me and my husband terrible and we checked out early. Cold pool, whirlpools not working & bird dropping all over the pool deck. To top it off, the room a/c was a motel style unit underneath the window. Very moisy, I could not sleep.The walk from the sel parking garage felt like a mile.
