You don’t need to go out to eat because the variety of restaurants and bars you can find in the lobby area. I was pleasant everything was open despite Covid closures in other hotels. The pool is big and it closes at midnight which is really appreciated. The pool bar is super nice and they offer lunch and dinner if you decide to enjoy the pool instead of getting dressed for the other restaurants. From the menu I recommend “Ropa Vieja” better than any Miami restaurants. The customer service in the pool bar was Excellent, they perform very professional. Kudos for all hotel employees. My room was in the level 22, fantastic view with Double queen beds not full beds as the Rosen Plaza have. The mattress, pillows and towels are super clean. Big screen TV and modern decoration. My only complain is they have just 2 drawers so if you are 4 people in the room be prepared to share the drawers. The wall unit where the TV is has many compartments but like I said just 2 drawers. I think the hotel was at maximum capacity because it was super crowed but nice and educated people not gross as other hotels have. This hotel is 5 stars in my opinion. Read less

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice pool area including twin hot tubs. Went for a convention with about 200 people and never felt crowded at all. Multiple restaurants inside and a 24/7 marketplace. Even a store. Understaffed though. Sometimes waited a long time for drinks at any of the bars. Also, did laundry there, but some of the washers and… Read more

I was in Orlando for a conference and brought the wife with. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, clean, and well equipped. There was Starbucks coffee downstairs. There were multiple restaurants so we didn't get bored of the food. The conference center was a bit of a walk but the skybridge attached made it a bit easier. 2 hot tubs but… Read more

No coffee in the lobby, no newspaper, $4 water, $25 parking, $1 per pound to receive packages. When asked about some these fees the reply from management is "That's what our competitors charge". This hotel has the ability to host its own small conventions and is set up to cater to that client. If you are a road warrior, this is nowhere near Westin… Read more

This hotel has the ability to host its own small conventions and is set up to cater to that client. If you are a road warrior, this is nowhere near Westin quality with few amenities. I'd have been happier at a Hoiday Inn. And if you are a family visiting a theme park you can do better elsewhere. Read less
