I stayed here for a business trip in late September. The prices for the room were reasonable. The prices for everything else at the hotel were laughable. I love this hotel! The guest service is second to none. Parking is simple, secure, and convenient. The pool area is enormous, with two hot tubs! There are always plenty of clean towels in that area. Don’t even get me started on the restaurants and the deli! The deli is open 24/7 and the food is absolutely fresh and delicious! There is food for every taste, and on the weekends, the sushi bar and regular bar are open late. I called the front desk one day when we’d be out for several hours to ask for more towels, and we came back to nicely folded towels on the bed. The rooms are comfortable, they have amazing views, and the security is excellent. We didn’t encounter any loud noises or rowdy guests, and we slept well. This hotel is a destination in and of itself, one never even needs to leave. The design and floors are clean and enjoyable. The rooms have a fridge and no microwave, however, the deli microwave downstairs is free and always available for use. We will certainly return! Read less

The hotel is nice but I can't give a very good review. The restaurant is very nice , but the rooms are small and have the most boring decor I could imagine. The room has no place for dining ,no table and chairs , so it was hard to eat the room service meal we ordered. The bathroom could use an upgrade with terrible showerhead!. We were given keys to the Club for breakfast and snack lunches provided gratis to business guests but the keys continued to not work . We never got into the Club, and the key access to the room was kind of sketchy,working sometimes but not others We also had housekeeping completely skip our room one day and had to call twice for towels and toilet paper to be delivered to our room. No apologies or consideration for the inconvenience was offered. On the whole the quality of accommodations and services was not what we expected Read less

Horrible...microwaves are not in rooms. The are for rent for $25/day. Staff told me that the gym was $15/use; after running in the rain and asked a different staff- I was told my card simply needed activation for the gym. Lastly and the worst, my sheets were dirty, I spilled things and took my sheets off the bed so staff would know to change them, but instead- staff made the bed with them dirty! Not just once, all 3 nights- dirty sheets! Restaurants are extremely overpriced. I will never stay here again. I will also warn others to never step foot here. Read less
