Dear harris rosen We have stayed at your hotel for 27 years located on 7600 international dr however this year we had to stay at 9000 because you were sold out from megacon. You say you focus on customer service so the first thing that should be done at this resort is fire your whole front staff or get them to be trained by the staff at 7600 international dr. The manager earl williams waited on me at checkout and when I showed him a coupon for a discount he belittled me in front of everyone by telling me to read out the fine print out loud so he can hear it?? He was not friendly and just made me feel like I was not wanted. This man shoukd not be management. The resort it self is very nice and the rooms are nice, I love that you have a coffee shop at this location however my heart is at 7600 international dr. And I was truley disappointed in the customer service at this one. Read less

The staff is very clean and very helpful. The pool is small, but nice enough atmosphere. With this wonderful site !!! You can find great discounts: hotelsdeals.ga Located directly in the center of iDrive, there is an iRide bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi and free parking. Really close to Universal!

Where do I start with this hotel.... If you are looking for a hotel backing into a motorway and in the flight path of a helicopter trip every half an hour this is the place for you! We were in a block D directly adjacent to the motorway so if you are unlucky enough to be placed here, ask to move! It’s so loud all night and that paired with the 1920’s aircon unit (which sounds like a lawn mower) you literally are guaranteed a sleepless night! The cleaning service are a joke, you put a do not disturb sign on the door and they still just come in anyway regardless. One point they got security to open our door when I was in the shower, absolute madness! The fitness “centre” is a weights bench and a treadmill, no air con in there so prepare to nearly die of heat exhaustion. You can fit about 2 people in at a time! One point one of the cleaners was cleaning the door and just watched me the entire workout, it was so awkward! The rooms clearly haven’t been updated for about 50 years, but if your a fan of microwaving a meal, going the toilet and checking what’s in the fridge all at the same time, then you are in for a treat! Yes the microwave and fridge is located in the bathroom right next to the pooer! I know it’s not an expensive hotel but it really is dated, the zebra bar has the same atmosphere as a cemetery, absolute garbage, didn’t once see karaoke or any form of entertainment, when I asked for the football to be put on, they said watch it in your room ha! There has to be better alternatives for the price we paid! The only good thing about the hotel is the reception staff and shop staff, very polite and always helpful! Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the hotel or by the pool as we were at Disney most days! It’s a great location for bars etc but will cost you about $20 in an Uber each way to get to universal or the Disney parks! The bus services are so slow and take over an hour! 2 weeks we spent here and I would 100% not return! Read less

Its cheap in the middle of lots good restaurants and bars. It has complimentary transfers to none Disney parks (book a day in advance) and is about 20 mins to Disney .its clean has 3 pools (choose a or b block overlooking the pool 1st floor and up). We found these rooms to be quiet and close to reception. The breakfast is good at $10 each is good value and for us British tea drinkers put your teabags in the tray of coffee machine it worked great for us. Also try Millars Ale house across the road good food and good value. Free parking is also available at the hotel, give it a go but remember it's not the Ritz and you won't be disappointed. Read less

We have traveled to Florida to tour on several occasions over the last few years and we have stayed at this hotel as a starting and finishing point of our holiday. We have found this hotel t9 be quite good in the past but we had several problems this year which has now put us off returning. The rooms are adequate, clean and well equipped but are now very tired and in need of refurbishment. The concrete floors on the walkways to the rooms are patched up and full of stains. The first night we stayed there we were woken up several times by people banging on our door and shouting outside our room. We reported this to reception on our departure the following day but were met with indifference. If it hadn’t been for the fact we had pre booked and paid for our return stay at the end of our holiday we would not have returned. It’s a shame because this was a nice low budget economical hotel that we enjoyed visiting but I don’t think we will return. Read less
