The hotel

This hotel really goes out of its way to keep you and the kids amused with lively karaoke nights in the Zebras Sports Bar and Grille, last food orders are taken at 11 pm, plus there is a late-night deli, which is handy for night owls. This is a big hotel with 3 swimming pools and a family restaurant with an excellent kids eat free programme, guaranteed to help your budget no end. Opposite is the Pointe Orlando shopping area with some cool clothes shops and 21 cinema screens. The I-RIDE trolley is a convenient way to see International Drive's attractions — even better, there is a trolley stop right outside the hotel.

2nd time staying here. Good location on i-drive. Basic rooms that are well cleaned. Free shuttle to Universal is good but we got Ubers back as only certain times for return buses and they never worked out. Safe was locked when we got to room. Rang and was told it would be sorted. Was not sorted. Rang again and told they could only do it while we were in the room - This is fine but I asked that very question when I first rang and was told it would not be necessary. We had building A this time which was close to main building but faced on to the interstate which was noisy all night. 24 hour shop was closed when we arrived?? All in all a decent choice with good solid bar food at a good price and close to lots of places to eat and drink but could do better. Read less

We have just returned and can really recommend this hotel, the rooms look very 80s but they were very clean, and for our 2 weeks we're cleaned every day, towels also changed every day. Our 1st rooms were on the I4 side of the hotel and my wife couldnt sleep we asked to be moved to the IDrive side no problem and a lot quiter.3 pools no problem for a sun bed when we had a relaxing day, pool towels available all day every day and you could use the pools until 22:00. Breakfast was $17 and there was plenty to choose from. Food was available in the zebra bar on a night basic bar food $14 for a burger and chips. The restaurant was open and they had different buffets on every night for around $20. But as mentioned the hotel is situated in the middle of lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Also there is a covered sitting area where you are allowed to take your own food to eat, we also ordered in a Chinese one night and had it delivered here no problem. 2 beers from the bar were $14, but again we bought 4 packs from Walmart for $9 and drank them in the outside area, there is a fridge in the rooms and ice machine on 3rd floor. Walking distance to the festival complex across the street, restaurants galore, theater, Main Event, Dave and Busters, dueling pianos, etc. Lots of resources in the hotel, buffet, convenient store, grab and go, bar , and more. clean rooms although older. Love this hotel ! a Happy Place!

We booked this hotel last year and reading some reviews I was going to change the hotel but I am glad I did not check in was quick and we were greeted with a friendly staff when we arrived at the room the air conditioning was on cool which was great the room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable lots of space for are luggage and clothes lots of towels there was no issue with the room lots of space walked around the hotel and the grounds was well kept we were B&B for 14 nights and there wss a lot of food to choose from , the bar was nice and clean staff were friendly all the staff in the hotel were friendly there was no smell of cannabis anywhere in the hotel we were in block E and it was very quiet over all we had a great stay at this hotel and yes we will return thank you for a lovely stay Read less

Rooms look extremely dated ….. all brown and grim. Chip and pin facilities a bit limited it was always breaking …….. but they were the only negatives. Room was cleaned and always spotless.
