The hotel

Set amongst the attractions and entertainment district of International Drive, this award-winning hotel offers a wide range of eateries including fine dining in Jack's Place and full breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in Cafe Matisse inclusive of full bar service. Where is it

A 10-minute drive to Universal Orlando Resort™, 15 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, and across the street from Pointe Orlando which is full of shops, restaurants, clubs and cinema with IMAX® 3D Theatres. Driving time from airport: 20 minutes.

Hotel information

800 guestrooms on 14 floors in 1 building with 6 lifts. All with air-conditioning, 32" flat-screen cable TV with pay-per-view films and video games*, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, iron and board, and hairdryer. Standard Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children with a rollaway bed or cot*.

Please note: Rollaway bed is charged at $20 plus tax per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

The I-RIDE Trolley which runs up and down International Drive, stops right outside the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to experience the spa* or golf facilities* at Rosen Centre and Rosen Shingle Creek Resorts.

Stayed here for 3 days as part of our cruise package, in room 809, The hotel seemed totally unaware that 5 coaches were due from the cruise ship in Fort Lauderdale, we arrived just after 1pm n were told in no uncertain terms our rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3pm and sadly one couple on our coach got her keys at 5pm. OMG the outdated rooms, dark… Read more
Stayed here for 3 days as part of our cruise package, in room 809, The hotel seemed totally unaware that 5 coaches were due from the cruise ship in Fort Lauderdale, we arrived just after 1pm n were told in no uncertain terms our rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3pm and sadly one couple on our coach got her keys at 5pm. OMG the outdated rooms, dark brown furniture, washbasin in the room, whilst toilet & shower separate. Windows that are permanently shut and the only way to cool the room is by using the ancient air conditioner that’s as quiet as a Boeing 747. The room was noisy, could clearly hear dogs in the other rooms, slamming doors, people laughing n kids screaming! The main corridors looked like they had last seen a paintbrush in the early 1960s ! The lifts are so out dated it’s laughable. Had to check out by 11am and we asked at reception if we could leave our luggage as our coach transfer wasn’t till 4pm, blimey even this was an ordeal and unhelpful man snapped follow me to which we did and our luggage was left in a room. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to cancel the day before check-in. Since it was such short notice, I was still charged for my stay adding to my current burden. The manager was unwilling to budge. Be careful when booking as things do sometimes come up and this hotel isn’t forgiving at all.

An excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. In the middle for all the Theme parks. Use an Uber if you can. So easy.. all the staff are pleasant and helpful.. great buffet breakfast and Virgin travellers get 25% off their bill.. came here on 2018, still here and leave tomorrow and look forward to returning again. Highly recommended

Really nice, clean and comfortable beds /rooms and lots of variety for breakfast in the mornings. Pool area clean and relaxing. Staff very nice too. Nice chilled out vibe here. Great location with icon park a CV short walk away.
