We extended our week long stay and had to change hotels as the one we were previously staying in were sold out. We had stayed at this location before and were happy to spend our last night in the area at this resort. We were able to do an early check in which was a major help in our plans for the day. The location is great - super close to Disney Springs and other big attractions. Staff was very friendly throughout our stay and the room was spotless. Everything was sanitized and wrapped. We love that this location is more than a standard hotel room - the in unit washer and dryer was so helpful as we could do all of our dirty laundry from our trip and it helped so much in regards to packing for our journey home. We enjoyed the pool area - didn't swim as there were quite a few families in the water and it was quite chilly. But we found a secluded area and was able to lay out and relax before going out for dinner. We can't wait to come back and enjoy a longer stay at this location! Read less

We really enjoyed the exceptional services and amenities at this resort. We exchanged a week through our timeshare. Although we ran into a few snags with our timeshare company at check-in, Russell the manager of the resort went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay amazing even though it was not his responsibility as the issues were with the timeshare company not his resort. Dave, who was one of the members of the activities team, also did an awesome job of making sure myself and my daughter had a blast! Nicole and Amunet who also were part of the activities team were so kind and helpful when working with the young children! This resort has great amenities, activities and an awesome staff! I highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again. Read less

I’ve been an owner at this resort for over 15 years. I went before thanksgiving and the first room absolutely stunk of mound! Take your breath away stench! They allocated us another room which was great until we found trash in the master bedroom (on the floor) and a PILL in the kitchen (not do good for my baby grandson that crawls on floors) Had several interactions but nothing resolved. Then we saw two staff coming out of our room IN A PANDEMIC, not to clean the room Or drop anything off. First they said no one went into the room, then they said they did and would find out. No one came back and I’ve left FIVE messages at the resort, no ones come back. I’ve called owner services, either no answer or disconnected. Finally spoke to a human who couldn’t help me!!!! Absolutely shocking and disgusting. If I withhold my maintaince payment they won’t care, I’ll just get a fine or letter. Buyer beware.... they don’t care! Read less

My family and I had a nice time here. The pool is large and was heated. The grounds were kept nice. They could do a better job picking up garbage around the pool and make sure kitchen utensils are clean. Everyone we talked to was very nice. Don't know that we would return, but not bad overall.

I've stayed at this property multiple times, and this last visit was nothing short of awful. Firstly, I blame the Marriott Bonvoy program. Since the buyout of Starwood, I've noticed a large decline in the service I had come to expect from brands like Sheraton. When I arrived at the hotel, which is largely empty, I asked if there were any upgrades available. I'm a Marriott Gold Elite member, and according to Marriott Bonvoy's website, it should be built in that if an upgrade is available I get it. I was told I could upgrade for a fee, and when I brought up that I had status, they told me there are a special property that doesn't consider Bonvoy status...Ok, so what does my status even mean? With Marriott, I'm finding that it means very little. The next thing was I was told I needed to go to a separate kiosk to get my parking pass...ok...why? Of course I go over there, and I'm immediately asked about attending a time share presentation. Firstly, I couldn't be less interested, after finding out my status with the company essentially has no meaning, but secondly, you've done nothing at this point to try to win my business. The guy was overly pushy, and I had to tell him several times I was not interested. This did not stop him from calling my wife the next day to ask her if she'd be interested. Unreal. The room was another big disappointment. We travel with our kids, and obviously I was expecting to be upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa because of my status and the nature of the resort being no where close to full. Well, because that didn't happen, we were stuck in our 1 bedroom villa(1-101), which was honestly quite small. The hallway was right there when you walk in and it was quite hard to maneuver around the unit, especially with the sofa bed folded out. The unit already looks extremely dated. There was coffee packets in the kitchen, but there was no coffee maker to be found in the unit. Especially during COVID season, there was really nothing to give you any assurance that any extra measures for cleaning were being taken. The jets in the tub in the bathroom didn't work, there were dead bugs and hair in the tub and the AC could not keep up with where we had the thermostat set. It was nothing short of awful. The marketplace was closed due to COVID...not sure what sense that makes, so there's no way to buy groceries or coffee on property. The pool was really the only thing positive about this property. Overall, this stay has caused me to question my entire business with Marriott going forward. I'm extremely ready to jump ship and start building my status with Hilton, and I certainly will never be returning to this property in the future. It's obvious that since the Marriott takeover, this property has gone by the wayside, and it's nothing short of complete disappointment. Read less
