We booked the two-bedroom lock-out. This building was renovated and modern; exactly how I like it. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had two screened patio areas. There is a lot to do at this hotel; a few pools and hot spas and a sports centre with exercise classes. They also have very clean barbecues with picnic tables in many areas to… Read more

There is a lot to do at this hotel; a few pools and hot spas and a sports centre with exercise classes. They also have very clean barbecues with picnic tables in many areas to barbecue some food. The Sheraton is also a five-minute drive to the Orlando Premium Outlets; and Seaworld and the water slides. My overall experience was memorable for the few nights I stayed. The only negative about this hotel is the bed was soft for me. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a family. It is a perfect hotel for families that want comfortable amenities for minor children or teenagers. Read less

Overall this is a great place to stay! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, highways, theme parks and everything you’d need! As an owner we stayed in a newly renovated 2 bedroom! Not the largest but it certainly worked for a group of 7! There’s a pull out couch (not very comfortable, but works)!!! The kitchen is very minima! So if… Read more

So if you are planning on doing any sort of cooking you might consider being a few items along. For example, there only one frying Pan! Don’t try making pancakes, eggs and sausage at the same time! Lol The entire suite is nicely decorated! W stayed in the Augustine Bldg 25 on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool! You couldn’t hear a sound! All of the patios are screened in, which is nice! They were low staffed, but did everything they cooks to accommodate us! My sister ate at the restaurant foe Christmas and said the meal was, at best “OK”! But paid $165. Before tip! She said it was OUTRAGEOUS! Otherwise I have no complaints! Would stay again! Read less

Gabriel at the front desk check in was fantastic. Our room was completely updated and comfortable. There is no daily housekeeping, however, fresh towels or laundry detergent are just a text away. The washer dryer really came in handy. The pool areas, especially the Bella pool, were beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the comfy, padded lounge chairs. My kids definitely loved that the pool was open until 11pm because they wanted to go night swimming after a day at the parks. The pool towels were plentiful and they were kept in a warmer! Breeze bar and grill was good and their cocktails were fantastic. I also felt the prices were reasonable. I really appreciated how friendly the staff was and it was always service with a smile! I would definitely return! Read less

When when we extended our stay they responded by text that they linked our reservations so we didn’t have to deal with it in the busy lobby which made it seamless for us to stay in the same villa. The property was immaculate and the staff attentive. The layout is easy to get around and had large (never overcrowded) pools and fitness centres to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Decided to stay here as part of a Costco travel package. The reviews and website made it look like a nice semi-luxury place to stay at a good overall package price, which was important to us for our trip down to the Orlando area. Upon driving up to the hotel, my husband and I were both very excited as the place looked gorgeous. Unfortunately, after our experience of staying here for just over a week, we realized that the image is a bit of a facade. Pros of the hotel: 1) As mentioned above, the property is very pretty. Also, our small one-bedroom villa they gave us for the week had a nice size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two-burner electric stovetop, and washer/dryer. 2) There are multiple pools onsite, one per 'area' of the resort though you are allowed to go between them. There also were a couple whirlpools, and the in-room tub had jacuzzi jets which was a nice touch. There was also ping-pong and billiards available near the pools as well. 3) Upon arrival to our room, we arrived to a fully spotless room, so cleaning protocols between guest stays seemed to be pretty good...but the same could not be said for during a stay. 4) There is a pool bar for some simple drinks onsite, as well as the "Breeze Bar and Grill" so you don't have to leave property for food. However, the food served there is inconsistent (got two completely different types of mozzarella sticks in a three-day span) and the menu is not very descriptive for the food that is offered. The QR code provided in the room for the restaurant is apparently outdated as well. 5) The location is good if you are going to the various parks; seaworld is less than 10 minutes away, and you arrive to the parking area of either Universal or any of the Disney parks within 20 minutes. The Cons: 1) The website says that all rooms have patios or balconies; this is a lie. Our room (on the end of the hall) did not have a balcony, which was particularly upsetting to me as I knew after the long days at the parks I'd want to rest on it. 2) The room is SMALL. It was only my husband, our daughter, and myself, and it still was entirely too tiny; we were falling over each other a good portion of the trip. 3) The bed in our room was caved in on both sides, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 4) The television in our bedroom had pixelation and color issues - everything on screen had a green tint to it. 5) This may be a COVID related protocol thing, but housekeeping only came by once during our entire stay of 8 nights. The specific time they came by was in the late afternoon, when we'd returned to the hotel for our daughter to nap. We told them she was napping and they left - and never returned, so not once did they do anything during our trip. 6) Three separate times during our trip the hotel tried to sell us on vacation ownership there. If they really want people to possibly buy into this, they may be better off first providing a better room to the people they hope to sell on the hotel; we were given one of the smallest rooms it appears on property. Further, making people talk to the vacation ownership people to get a parking pass does not set a good tone for the trip right away upon check-in, which also took longer than it should have. Overall, though we made it through the trip, there are many much nicer resorts in the Orlando area so we will not likely be returning. If you are looking for a place with some sort of on-site food and drinks and a pool for a couple nights, you'll be fine; however, if you are looking for a nice resort feel during your stay, there are better options out there.
