Recently renovated, Sonesta ES Suites Orlando-International Drive offers a convenient location across from the ICON Park Wheel and close to all of central Florida’s attractions.  With a fresh modern appeal, all guest suites, public spaces, and dining options have been completely updated.  The hotel offers apartment-style one and two bedroom suites (sleeping up to 6-8 guests), a quick service eatery featuring fresh breakfast items and select Starbucks products for purchase, WiFi access in all suites and public areas, onsite fitness room, heated swimming pool, colorful courtyard seating areas, business services, a shuttle to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, and an adjacent I-Ride Trolley Stop which provides transportation to Sea World, Aquatica, and the Orlando Premium Outlets. 146 newly updated suites. All with air-conditioning, premium bedding, full kitchen with cook-top stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and tea/coffee maker, cable TV, telephone, complimentary WiFi, safe, hairdryer, and iron and board.  


1-Bedroom Suites are 550 sq ft and have a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Suites are 738 sq ft and have a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, a second bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bathrooms, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 2 adults and 4 children. 


Trio 2-Bedroom Suites are 750 sq ft and have a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bathrooms, sleeping maximum 8 adults or 2 adults and 6 children.

Complimentary self-parking. I-Ride Trolley* bus stop nearby which stops at Sea World and Aquatica. Complimentary shuttle to Disney World and Universal, with two departures / returns per day (schedules subject to change). There is an app that allows guests to make shuttle reservations up to 48-hours in advance, and to track the location of shuttles - a QR code will be provided at check-in.

The Morning Pour List (choose your favourites and they will be delivered to your room.). The Shoppe convenience store (open 24-hours).

Heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sun deck. 24-hour fitness centre. Tropical courtyard with sunbathing areas.

This place was incredible. Spacious. Clean. Two bedroom apartment with all amenities. The hot tub was to die for. The kitchen was equipped to the fullest. The beds are like heaven. Hotel is centrally located on IDrive for loads of restaurants/shops. I stayed as a single Mum with 3 teenagers, stayed in a 2 bed suite. Great suite, floors could have been a bit cleaner but on the whole great. Well equipped kitchen and beds/bathrooms clean. Pool was a bit small but was never too busy and plenty of loungers. Hot tub was nice after a day in the parks. Small shop with essentials and a coffee shop. Didn't have many dealings with staff but when I did they were helpful & friendly. A bar area in the evenings would really improve this place but you could take your own drinks round the pool/hot tub in plastic containers. We used Uber to all the parks from here, not expensive if you don't want to drive. I would stay here again definitely. Read less

Has everything you need including a coffee maker, large fridge and freezer. Dishwasher, hobs and microwave and a toaster. Lots of things to get you started. Coffee. Tea and sugar and dishwashing powder etc. Would definitely stay here again. Pool area was lovely and hot tub was a great relaxing way to chill after long days out. The location of this hotel was brilliant, right beside Icon Park and lots of eating options nearby. The only reason it wasn't a 5 out of 5 was the housekeeping could have been better, we were told that we would get a full clean after 7 days and this didn't happen, the bathrooms weren't cleaned and the kitchen surfaces weren't wiped down unless we did it ourselves. The floor in the suite also seemed a little dirty, we had to wear footwear at all times to avoid our socks being covered in dirty marks from the floor. Read less

This is the perfect location at the centre of Idrive with a 5min drive to Universal and 15 min drive to Disney. The suites are large, well equipped and while there is no cleaning daily, the staff are very attentive at reception if anything is required. Small Starbucks located in the lobby - perfect start to the day! The pool is an okay size with the jacuzzi making up for it - we hit this almost every night to relax after tiring days to the theme-parks. Lots of restaurants and bars within close proximity and spoiled for choice for international cuisine. We used Uber to get about and the average cost for one way trip to universal was $8 and Disney $18. This works out break even as you gave to pay $30 for car-parking at any if the theme parks. Halloween Horror nights was a fab experience - don’t miss out! Overall we had a brilliant time staying in the Sonesta, its our 2nd visit and wouldn’t hesitate to return! Read less
