We came in for a tradeshow and stayed 6 nights. The full kitchen and washer and dryer were so nice to have throughout the week. Guessing each one is decorated differently? Our room was very basic in design and wasn't quite as we expected from the pictures shown on their website. But, it was really spacious and the location was super convenient. We weren't there much during the day, so we didn't spend a ton of time here. Mary was super helpful in getting us checked in late at night and allowed for a late check out when 2 of our party's flights were unexpectedly changed. They were quick and friendly with any questions too. We would stay here again. It's the perfect fit for a small group of people. It was nice to all be together (versus separate hotel rooms) and the pool area was gorgeous! We spent the cool evenings in the hot tub. There was a nice walking trail around the little lake and lots of dog walkers around. There's a grocery store (Publix) and several restaurants within walking distance too. The gated area was fairly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. It was chilly (high in the 60s) for most of our stay, but we still enjoyed the sunshine. IMPORTANT TIP: They use reclaimed water. We didn't see the sign (by the gate) until the last day and used it to make coffee all week. We didn't get sick, but you definitely want to pick up enough bottled water for while you are there. We booked a 5 night stay in a 3 bedroom unit. We happened to be in the building right next to the main building, so access to the pool was VERY convenient. The unit was very roomy, but it had a slight dirty mop scent. The a/c unit was so loud that it sounded as if a hurricane was hitting. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessary items (wine opener, strainer, etc), but maybe some plastic containers to store leftovers would be useful. The pool area was also nice, and the bar area offered food. The first day we were there though, they only offered pizza. Everything else we were told would take 45 minutes (and there wasn't much more on the menu - hot dogs, fries, etc) There's a gift shop and a bookshelf in the lobby, but pretty much all of the books were in some sort of Scandinavian language. There is a Publix that was walking distance and a big help. There is also a Walgreens at the corner. The property has a walking path around the lagoon that my husband enjoyed. The hot tub was always overflowing (I never went in, I didn't feel comfortable having so many people in such close quarters during this time) We also did the short time share presentation - it was fine, we were done at the time they estimated. There were quite a few people there who were not keeping their masks on though, and coming from a state that takes the guidelines seriously, it was a frustrating to be around that. Read less

My day started off with being assigned to a poorly cleaned and sanitized unit 5025 #305. The building wreaked of urine like smell, noticeable upon entrance into building. The actual unit had a pet odor and the top of the refrigerator was greasy and dirty. The linens were worn and dingy. I asked to be transferred to another unit which was approved, however the unit's carpet was soaking wet and the front desk staff indicated that no other units were available at the time, therefore I SETTLED for Unit #305. After sanitizing the furniture, counters, doors, and floors, my family was able to relax to the best of our ability, except for building trembles that reminded me of the landslide problem in that area some years ago. I must say that the unit was exceptionally large and comfortable after the cleaning. I was surprised and disappointed in the lack of or complimentary services and amenities available to guests: no carts for personal items to be transported from vehicle to unit; no extra linen, e.g. blankets, bath towels and cloths; no balls for use on basketball court since no mention of having to bring own or rental charge was noted on website; and the difficulty with which I obtained a late check-out to ensure I left the unit cleaner than I found it. Of all of my encounters with front desk staff, the one with Mary, FD Supervisor was the worst. She was rude and condescending with me when requesting a late check-out. She initially told me that the late check out was unavailable without asking how much time I was requesting. Then when I called back to specifically ask for an hour extension she replied " I am not going back and forth with you about this with you" before I could ask about the 11:00 check-out. After agreeing to the extension she intimated that I would try to stay longer by saying "if you return to the unit after 11:00 the lock will have changed and you will not be able to re-enter the unit." I was appalled and infuriated with her tone and inference that I wanted to occupy the unit illegally or fraudulently. She needs to understand that, perhaps unlike her, I have the resources needed to enjoy the things in life that I want and don't have to steal extra time to do so. Again, it was not the best experience as it relates to my interactions with staff and not having that "wow" accommodation experience expected based on misrepresented information on website. Read less

Great place. Clean. Staff outstanding especially Mary. Grounds well kept. They were very accommodating. Location very close to Convention Center where my event was going on. Loved that I got a 1st floor.
