Where is it

Located on Universal Boulevard, off I-Drive, and just 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. The I-RIDE Trolley (approximately $2.00) is found on I-Drive. Close to shopping areas and entertainment venues. Driving time from Orlando International Airport: 20 minutes.

3-Bedroom Deluxe Suites are 1400 sq ft and have a private balcony, separate dining and living room, 1 king-size bed in one bedroom, 1 queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 2 adults and 4 children.

2-Bedroom Premium Suites are 2000 sq ft and have a private balcony, separate dining and living room, with 1 king-size bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

3-Bedroom Premium Suites are as above, but are 2300 sq ft and have a third bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 2 adults and 4 children.

3-Bedroom Townhouses are on 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms (one with king-size bed, the second with 1 queen-size bed, and the third with twin beds), and 3½ bathrooms. Ground floor features entrance, queen-size bedroom and bathroom leading on to a patio area, first floor features large living and dining area and kitchen, along with bathroom. Second floor features king-size bedroom and twin bedroom, along with 2 bathrooms. Townhouses also have a private garage and driveway. Sleeping maximum 6 adults or 2 adults and 4 children.

When my husband and I checked in, we did not know what to expect. Having spent 16 years as Marriott Grande Vista owners, we were used to a very classy property. We had high hopes. Check in was easy and we entered our unit, 205 in Building 10, we were amazed how special and well laid out it was. There were some issues we discovered when we looked around but both Mary at the front desk and Jake in Maintenance got things resolved very quickly turning a bad first impression into a good one. Many of the people who rent here are short-term but we were escaping the winter and staying six weeks. We just loved the pool and the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Even though our balcony overlooked the parking lot with the air conditioning units right under, we still spent a great deal of time sitting out there. it was just a comfortable condo with wonderful recliners. Location wise you cannot beat it. It was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go and with the Publix almost next door, shopping was convenient. If you are looking to go to the parks, Disney is maybe 15 minutes and Sea World maybe five and Universal maybe 10. We were so delighted with our experience, we have already vetted and booked our unit for 2021. We can recommend it highly Read less

Highly recommend, great location, good size apartments. Our second stay here for a conference we were attending. Large public Supermarket & couple of restaurants in walking distance. International drive a couple of miles away, Uber’s arrive within 5 mins. Large pool onsite, gym & shop. Friendly team.

We were there for 8 days so we did shop (at Publix grocery..about three blocks away) and supplemented supplies. Also shopped at Walmart ( about a 10 minute drive) for much better prices. Only complaint in our unit were the beds...mattresses were not the best. Everything else was great including the balcony. Community pool is great ( unit provided towels) with a nice over priced bar and heated pool with lots of sitting areas and hot tub. The location is good for Disney events and restaurants.
