City View rooms are located in the Lanai and Tower buildings, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Please note: During guest stays, the hotel will provide light cleaning for the first two days. On the third day of your stay, linen will be changed on guest beds, along with a complete cleaning of your guest room.

Please note: B Resort & Spa will be under renovation starting mid to late November 2022 to approximately end of May 2024. During this time, the resort will close three floors of guest rooms at a time. This will provide a buffer between the occupied guest rooms and those under renovation to minimize the impact on the guest experience. The newly remodelled guestrooms will have a fresh, clean and modern style with new carpeting, window treatments, furniture and more. We anticipate the work to occur from Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm however there may be some Saturday work as well. Guests will not be accommodated in a renovated room until the entire floor has been completed, and therefore guests are not affected by unfinished projects. Whilst the pool is affected, guests may use the pool at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs.

The hotel has a lot of work/renovations going on. One working elevator for entire hotel. The room and grounds were clean. Conference services were excellent. Heavily advertised internet: so weak a webpage would not load. This was not just my room,but entire hotel as reported by other guests. Heavily advertised internet: so weak a webpage would not load. This was not just my room,but entire hotel as reported by other guests. Room temp never got below 70, and outside was only low 80s. Road noise in room an issue (1109). Easy walk to Disney Springs. Food in restaurant was good. Some of these issues may be corrected when repairs are done, some are major limitations. Read less

Easy Checking, rooms clean, staff was always helpful and no issues. Staff was flexible with a late checkout since my flight was later in the day. Nice courtyard to relax but do wish the pool was open. Convenient access to Disney parks and shuttle provided free of charge.

If you are here, I recommend visiting Karren at the American Kitchen bar. Great drinks and great service. The hotel is also nice with great service. Convenient location with Disney Springs within reasonable walking distance. Worth booking a room with a view.

Hotel is being remodeled but it was a lovely stay. Room was comfortable and staff was accommodating when we had trouble with the air conditioning. Very friendly staff and say hi to Marcus! The outdoor area is being renovated with an outdoor pool bar, all new patio furniture and games.

Karen at the bar is amazing, be Ben remembered our drink everyday of our stay!! Great hotel that has been recently renovated and customer service is first class. Will come back and stay again!! A gem in Orlando and walking distance to Disney Springs.
