First stay here. And all I can say is WOW Recently updated. The room we are staying in is in building one. The room is lovely The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The down side is the coffee machine the coffee is unpleasant!! Thank goodness for the starbucks on site. The ladies there are very friendly.

The Stadium club is a wonderful sports Bar that provides interactive games and food. I have been coming since 2014, through Covid, and again Labor day weekend a few days ago. My family travels more than a dozen times per year, and when we are in Orlando, this is where we always stay. It is always great, and continues to get better year after year. If you are a really strict critic and want only 5 Star resorts, then go to a 5 star. For me, I'll save the extra $200 per night and enjoy the same surroundings. You cannot go wrong with this resort. Clean, great customer service, and FUN.

Since this hotel is so close to Disney, the Uber charge was between $10 - $15 and we were back at the hotel in less than 20 min. So convenient and economical! Also, with 2 kids we loved having a suite. We put the kids to bed, closed the bedroom door and watched TV in the living room....priceless. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had dinner at the outside patio our last night and the food was amazing! We had an amazing vacation at Caribe Royale!

They fit into the luxury space nicely. The rooms are well appointed, and the suites are spectacular. We had a suite with a full kitchen and two bedrooms. No detail is too small and any challenge we encountered was immediately addressed.
The bed had the texture of a mix between a pillow top and a Tempur-pedic and it really made for some excellent sleep time.
There's plenty to do in and around the resort, and it is very conveniently located whether you need to head off property to a theme park or elsewhere.
If you are booked for a conference here and you've never been to this property before, you are in for a real treat.

The hotel was great, clean rooms, well-maintained, beautiful! the maid staff did a fantastic job. The lobby was great. The pool was amazing, many bars, restaurants, activities, lots of stuff to do. So the facility itself was amazing.
Now for the bad, beware of hidden expense! resort fees, nickel, and dime type of place. 18% service charge On every purchase and room for you to add a tip, lunch is easily over $100 after all the fees for 2 people. I think a jack and Coke was $23 after the service charge.
We were told by staff that everyone in Orlando charges 18%, but that is a lie. It is a select group of hotels, we then spent $50 on Uber back-and-forth to a restaurant to avoid the 18% charge, we did tip that restaurant 18% and was happy to do so.
There is a 7-Eleven and a restaurant I believe across the road that you can walk to fairly easily , we bought a few things for the room, the market in hotel is about triple the cost of 7-Eleven plus an 18% tacked on charge.
