We decided to add on an extra night and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Steve Brown (out around the pool area) was amazing & made us feel so welcomed. He was one of the hardest working employees we saw during our stay. Everytime we saw him he was interacting with guests and working hard. He went out of his way to help us find a pool spot and then brought us towels over. He told us the best seats for movie night with our 4 year old. He deserves a special shout out!!! We have one more day left and our family is wishing we didn't have to go back to reality and looking forward to our next trip! Thank you, Caribe Royale! Read less

Because there was no dought that me and my girlfriend we welcome by the actions of these three ladies behind the counter. I advise not giving this place your business due to possible working class discrimination not sure if we didn’t look as if we made enough money to stay at their fine establishment. Read less

I am currently staying here and extremely disappointed. 1st floor room and immediately upon entering you are overwhelmed by the moldy smell. The room is VERY old looking and dark. I am trying to work from the room and it is extremely loud with doors slamming and people yelling. The wifi is the worse I have ever dealt with in a hotel, I attempted to work off my phones hot spot instead and zero signal. Called the front desk to see if I could move rooms and they only offered the business center (the work I do involves patient confidentiality and talking on the phone or having my work seen would be a HIPPA violation - so the business center is not an option). The bathroom is disgusting and it takes 2 hands and full force to pull the button to turn on the shower. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs - woke up sore and tired and then a bus load of disney people unloaded and the noise and door slamming began. For the size of the resort, the pool is too small. If you try to leave early, they charge an additional $50 fee Read less

From the superb service we received at checkin from Sophia, my 16 yr old daughter and I knew our stay would be special. We found all staff to be helpful and accomodating, from restaurant workers to housekeeping and of course the front line at the front desk. Our room was a spacious double queen in Tower 1 on the 10th floor. We could view Disney… Read more

We found all staff to be helpful and accomodating, from restaurant workers to housekeeping and of course the front line at the front desk. Our room was a spacious double queen in Tower 1 on the 10th floor. We could view Disney fireworks from our window. We enjoyed late night snacks and grab and go breakfast from Cafe24. Spent an evening at the pool with great cocktails and mocktails from Calypso, and splurged our final night with dinner at the Venetian Chop House. Acess to Disney parks was quick and easy using Lyft (and also another way for us to support local business). We highly recommend the Caribe Royale and hope to return next year! Read less

The worst experience I have EVER had staying at a resort. We paid for a handicapped accesible room and never recieved. Their websight said approx a 200 deposit would be required which is acceptable but they charged a 200 a day deposit. They allowed the guests to do as they pleased around the pool including leaving alcohol around for minors to get into even though the specific rules said no beverages at all to be consumed in which the guard running the water slide just overlooked. We spoke to a manger who refused to make it right and just acted like us not being satisfied was no big deal. When my 8 year old was questioned by security about the situation of alcohol being left accessable and who did it, she was basically called a liar. The 20 a night for parking wasn't unreasonable to ask for but ridiculous to spebd that kind of money to have to park far away and have to search for parking. The rooms were dingy. The refrigerator didn't work and froze everything we had in there. The beds were rock hard and felt like the linens hadn't been changed before we came. The rooms were not what they advertised. They were much smaller and looked very outdated. I will NEVER stay there again. Our flight was canceled the day of checkout and we left and went to a econolodge in Kissimmee. Needless to say the econolodge was better than this god forsaken awful resort. Read less
