The Staff was super friendly, prompt, attentive, and pleasant. Nano, Steve Brown, and poolside waitress were all AMAZING! Great Staff, A+ customer service. Super friendly!!! This is my 2nd time staying for business but my 1st time at the main pool. I had a pleasure staying.

The negatives: Extremely disappointed to accompany my husband for a conference only to be told at check in that the pool would be closed for private events the next day. The negatives: Extremely disappointed to accompany my husband for a conference only to be told at check in that the pool would be closed for private events the next day. This should have been disclosed prior to check-in. Was very disappointed to not have a pool relax day with cabana and poolside service. The front desk manager did not care at all and offered no form of compensation. This is very clearly a conference hotel catering to business meetings. Just know that going in. Not recommended for families with kids going along to the conference. Reservation availabilty for dinners was very limited since multiple conferences were there. There was no hot water in shower so we both took cold showers on the first morning. Once you are in this resort you are captive to whatever they want to charge you for a bottle of water or other basics-very overpriced! Highly recommended that you pack a cooler of waters, drinks and food for those times you can't justify room service or you don't have a reservation to get in a restaurant. Or just don't plan to hang out at the resort and hit the theme parks instead. The restaurants and bars include a service charge. This really shows a problem at the Venetian. The food was very good (and very pricey) but the service was not up to par for such an upscale dinner. Our water person forgot to bring us menus. After a significant wait for the waiter, he also forgot to bring us menus and drinks took a very long time to get. When he came back finally we mentioned no menus and no drinks still. When we finally got the menus he asked us to order! We had no time to even look. He jokingly/or maybe not jokingly said you should order now -I have large party that just sat down and I've already been here enough time. Such a turn off. Never came back to check on our meal or drinks after that. However, waving down the hostess Brie we finally got some attentive service. Once we saw the automatic tip included it explained everything we experienced. The positives: There were some great people that go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Iden at the Spa did a great pedicure and was very friendly. Spa requires a credit card to make and appointment and will not allow for room charges. Lauren was customer service on the hotel app and was very responsive. The engineer that came to fix our hot water problem was very nice. Brie (hostess) at the Venetian gave us better service than our own waiter. She was attentive and helpful. Promote her ASAP! Read less

A very nice resort that has recently been through a renovation. Rooms have no carpet, which is great. Bathrooms are great, with tile and glass doors. Pool, spa, exercise facility, restaurants and bars are all really nice. You can pay more for a 4 star resort, but you don't have to.

Nice large double room, clean (albeit sofa and beds do need to be moved / cleaned underneath). Great view of the pool that the kids enjoyed. We ate breakfast twice which was fantastic and had some good holiday tips off the waitress on our first morning for which I am grateful. The take away / pizza shop is lovely and on our last night we enjoyed a meal in the sports bar which did not disappoint. Housekeeping were fantastic and overall I am delighted with our experience. Did have to pay a $100 dollar per night deposit on arrival, I assume I have had it back but have yet to check. Read less

The hotel is nice. The staff at the front desk is ok but I shouldn't have to call down to the service desk several times because we ran out of tissues and didnt have much toilet paper left and then I wait there until 1:30/1:45pm for what I called down for like at 10:30-11 am ish and they still don't show up when we run out of toilet paper… Read more

Then when I finally leave, I hang a do not disturb sign and they don't honor the sign and put the stuff I asked for long before I hung that sign, inside my room, that is frustrating. Hang it on the door in a bag don't just go inside. I've stayed here a couple time and while I love the resort We only have ever used the hot tub and pool which were nice but I'm not sure its worth it because the fees for everything have now become just WAY to excessive. We don't use anything else there so for my 12 year old the last 2 times we stayed we couldn't find a place to park. This time we could but for how much I pay for a night for parking now I should be able to find parking near my tower. My experience was OK but the fees are crazy now and I'll have to look to stay elsewhere in the future. I had to order food from stadium and that was crazy busy and almost impossible to get their Staff's attention because I don't think enough people were on to deal with the number of people who were present. Also the 2 times prior that I stayed I couldn't use the Disney service bus they have so I didn't bother to try this time which is why I rented a car in the first place. I do want to know where employees park there is it where guests park and if they pay for parking. Read less
