443 rooms and suites on 16 floors in 1 building with 6 lifts. All with air-conditioning, cable television with pay-per-view films*, DVD player (on request), telephone, CD/clock radio, iPod docking station, safe, fridge, complimentary newspaper and hairdryer. Four Seasons Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Golden Oak View Rooms with 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Lake View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Park View Rooms with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 double beds and sleeps maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Golden Oak View Suites have a separate living area with 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and a bedroom with 1 king-size bed and flatscreen TV and sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Park View Suites have a separate living area with 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and a bedroom with 1 king-size bed and flatscreen TV and sleeps maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Complimentary scheduled transportation to the four major Disney Theme Parks: Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®. Buses run twice per hour to and from Magic Kingdom® Park, and once per hour to and from the other 3 parks. Overnight valet parking available $38 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Capa Restaurant (Spanish Steakhouse, open for dinner), Ravello (Italian cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner), the PB&G (Southern Florida Fayre cuisine, all-day menu) and Plancha (Cuban American cuisine, all-day menu). 2 bars: The Lobby bar (open for dinner and cocktails until midnight), Capa Bar (rooftop cocktail bar). Please note: ​the area surrounding the Explorer Family Pool will undergo enhancements between Jan '23 - Jun' 23, Seating at the Explorer Pool may be reduced over the coming months. While the noise from the project may impact the pool area, the remainder of our 5-acre water park, including the adult only pool, expansive lazy river with separate cove pool, splash pad, water slides and other seating areas will remain available with minimal disruption. The Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, Golf Course, Tennis, Disney Character experience and 5 of our 6 restaurants will not be impacted.

It is quite a feat to build something that is not only fun for kids but also pleasant, beautiful and serene for the parents. The service was exceptional - especially housekeeping that was extremely competent, accomodating, and helpful. We loved the view of fireworks. Food was good too. Would be even better if Genie+ network recognized it as part of the Disney network. Nevertheless - such a serene beautiful base to explore Orlando and all its wonderful attractions and then to return to at the end of the long day. Read less

We stayed here on business. Great hotel. Great staff. Very helpful. Great food at Capa. Rooftop bar and restaurant are great for evening fireworks. Nice pool. Great fitness center. Room was wonderful - overlooks the pool. Nice walking trail. Golf available. Tennis too. No pickleball...

Disney 5* yes. We have been in florida for 3 weeks, Miami then the keys and rounding up our trip with 11nights at The four seasons. Starting with the pool area. Weve seen 4 rats since weve been here aound our sunbeds. The pool should be heated . Its absolutely freezing and our children are to cold to stay in there for to long. The pool stays empty for most of the day becuase of this reason. The Sunbeds around the childrens pool have no cuchions but the adults pool does. The food round the pool is terrible .We are ordering the basics. For example pitta,houmous with carrots and cucumber. The pitta comes out freezing cold and with green bits on it where they have cut the cucumber and bread with the same knife. Everything is coated in salt or oil very unhealthy for the children. The food could be made more healthy. There is no music around the pool. Not much of an atmosphere. They do play a film 3 times a week that the children have enjoyed. Eating in the hotel has been quite a challenge with an 11 day stay we are really craving something healthy. If your happy to eat unhealhty american food then you will be fine. There is one fine dining roof top restaurant called Capa. We have managed to get in there once during our stay becuase they dont prioritise there hotel guests. Overall i think the manager of this hotel needs to visit 5 star hotels out of Florida and shake up the restaurants in this hotel. I was expecteing 5 star luxury but overall i would say its around a 4 star. Read less

We visited this hotel as we had dinner in the restaurant capa - this hotel is out of this world it is was just stunning. Would love to go back. We watched the fireworks in Magic Kingdom from the balcony of the hotel was great. The hotel pools and grounds looked beautiful. Would love to return one day.
