Our stay was excellent from start to finish. It was almost a pre-Covid experience. We enjoyed the resort as a whole as well as our guest room and the restaurants. I would highly recommend this resort to all.

In the airport on our way out of Orlando. Sad times when you have to leave the four seasons. I think this was our fourth stay at the resort and it is truly a vacation. We have 7 and 8 year old daughters and we did not visit Disney on this trip. The kids like the resort that much. Kids for all seasons gives me and my wife a break in the morning, and the staff there is amazing. The property still looks great, I was a little worried things may have changed with the recent news on the real estate purchase, but you are still getting the service the four seasons is known for. Character breakfast at ravello the kids love. Mickey had more energy than I have seen in the past, my kids loved his dance moves. Food for the breakfast is back to buffet style and the omelettes are great. We ate the rest of our breakfasts at lickety split with one brunch at Plancha (we literally don’t leave the property for our entire stay). The brunch at Plancha was good, but I would not go out of my way to make it a priority next trip. Dinner at Capa was the standout of the trip. The filet is remarkable. Best filet I may have had in my life. Potatoes bravas, octopus, mashed poatatoes, lamb, wet also excellent. Warren is a great waiter!! Ravello dinner was good, not as memorable as it was last time. Just had some pastas. One area for improvement for the hotel, I imagine they may have a roadmap for updating bathrooms, the rooms are starting to feel a little dated. Still look great, but may be plans for a refresh in the next 5 years. There was also a lot of ants, may just be the season, May just be Florida. Just an observation. Overall great stay, everyone in my family loves this place and I always leave feeling refreshed knowing that everyone enjoyed themselves. Read less

This is our favorite hotel in central Florida. They have an amazing staff and the restaurants are incredible. We have been staying here since it opened in 2014 and still love it. Capa has amazing food and a great place to watch the fireworks.

Of all things, we could only get scalding hot water out of both bathroom sinks in room 424, regardless of which of the 4 levers we turned on. I called the front desk and told the housekeeper but, unbelievably, it was never fixed. I am only writing this because I suspect someone at the Four Seasons might be reading these reviews and it’s the… Read more

There is no higher level of service than you receive at a Four Seasons and this property is no exception. We had a wonderful week long stay here and every single staff member we interacted with was exceptional.
