Stayed for 6 nights BF included stayed room 744, payed 300++ a day not including the resort fee every day, so we are expecting to have a wonderful vacation while we are staying in this property. 3rd night the only time we ask our room to be cleaned and replace the bed sheets. They replace the bed sheets with with an old ones, if i can attach the picture here i will but, can't. shower handles has molds, tub drain dont drain properly (stuffed of hairs) for how ever long. BF restaurant staff are only helpful on our first day when we dine in and we noticed it on the second day, that's why we decide to eat in the room instead until our last day because we don't feel welcome in that restaurant, maybe because we only put $10 tip on our first day? and because its just our first day never gone out yet so we dont have cash wet. And the omelet guy, early morning you will encounter him, rest of your day won't be as great, that guy should not be working in a hospitality industry, just saying. But is that how they should treat us, depending on how much tip we gave? If that's how, I wont say a single word... Read less

It`s close to everything , all the restaurants , The attractions . I saw reviews about the parking (people Complaining) , i have to say that the parking service was Great , i mean i was very skeptic at first because they have complimentary parking a mile away from the hotel , After i saw how the shuttle service works i was so content , Every 5 to 7 minutes there is a shuttle taking you to your car so even if you missed one another comes real quick . Breakfast was great , the service was Outstanding . From the moment that you step into this amazing hotel you feel very pampered . Can`t wait for my next visit . Thank you . Read less

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and a good size. We were lucky enough to have a corner room with 2 large windows and could see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom from our room which was nice. We took advantage of the free shuttle buses to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs which saved us a lot of money on parking at Disney parks. The buses were at convenient times and there were always plenty seats for everyone. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The swimming pools were cold and defiantly could have been warmer and we heard quite a few guests complain about the temp too. Food and drinks in the hotel are VERY expensive but this is likely in line with Disney prices. Finally, the parking situation got a little tiresome. There is a large carpark but you need to get a shuttle bus back to the hotel as the car parking is a distance away. The shuttle is frequent (every 7-10mins) but it would be so much more convenient if you could walk to the hotel from parking. Overall we had a great stay and would defiantly return. Hopefully the pool is warming next time! Read less

We arrived at the Hyatt regency grand cypress to check in with our 1 year old but were given a room without a bath so had to change rooms which wasn’t a problem but would like to know how they expected us to clean a 1 year old in a shower. The foyer area is cavernous and a bit dated in my opinion however there are several fast lifts so had no issues getting to and from the 6th floor where our room was although we were the furthest room from the lift so was rather annoying when we realised we left things in the car or the room and had to go all the way back. The rooms are ok but nothing any better than when we have stayed places much cheaper. There were several issues with our room. Firstly, the level of cleaning was not the best. It was by no means dirty but dusty and attention to detail lacking. The bath/shower would not give cold water so every bath for our 1 year old we had to fill the bath on the coldest setting and then use the ice bucket to add extra cold from the basin tap to get it to a temperature that wouldn’t scald our son. We also couldn’t get out onto the balcony. The door wouldn’t open and it wasn’t deliberate as we could see towels etc drying on other people’s balconies. We did a walk around the grounds and they seem nice but unfortunately we were not able to use the pool with our son as it was freezing. Had I known this up front I would never have come here as swimming is my sons favourite thing to do. Gutted! The weather has been 30-32 degrees each day but the pool was far too cold. We tried once but my son just shivered uncontrollably. My final annoyance was the resort fee. We knew about it before hand but this holiday was a nostalgic one as my wife stayed here lots as a child so we came for her as much as our son but it’s basically a con. They justify it by saying its for the mediocre Wi-Fi, though there is a faster one if you pay even more, and for shuttles to the parks but they are at awkward times for a family with a baby and need booking in advance so we got a car for our holiday. Why don’t they just increase the room rate instead of then adding a resort fee? It’s not optional, you have to pay it and at $22 dollars a day is scandalous. We would also have had to pay extra for parking but due to the construction work going on currently the parking has been moved to a further lot with a shuttle bus to the hotel for free. We managed to get away with parking at the front of the hotel though but at busier times this would likely not have been possible. We had room service one night which was ok but expensive. We didn’t use the restaurants as again they were expensive and with several close restaurants we chose to eat elsewhere for every meal. The hotel is ok, the location is ok for strolling to a few local eateries and shops but for me, I’d never come back. You get much better at the numerous hotels on international drive where you are better located in my opinion, have loads of local places to walk to and you get much better value, plus they’re on the lynx bus route which is the best way to get to the parks without driving and paying the $25 a day charge. We used the lynx on our previous trip and found it a great service. Read less
