I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
The good points :
The beds are so comfortable
Our apartment was clean
The location was good
The pool was good
The fridge was massive!
Washer dryers are super handy!
The bad points:
The staff are WEIRD and unhelpful and there never seems to be anyone around the grounds. Didn’t see the manager at all…

The staff are WEIRD and unhelpful and there never seems to be anyone around the grounds. Didn’t see the manager at all
The person at the pool bar is so rude and unfriendly
The games room is ancient and the pool tables didn’t work
Frankie Farrells is ok…the food is passable but the staff need to look more professional. The atmosphere in there is a bit dead.
Take your own toiletries and soap as the ones they provide are rubbish.
The “guest services” are timeshare sharks in disguise

I would highly recommend this resort. Great location for driving to the attractions, having our own apartment for the week was appreciated. Full size kitchen and washer and dryer made the trip with a family easier. Fireworks from the balcony was a great bonus too

At first, the original room provided had NO Electric Current flowing in one of the Bedrooms which was pretty disheartening being that we checked in very late in the evening (1:30am) and we're too tired to go back to the Lobby and Request a Room where "Everything" was in "Working Order" especially after paying the amount of money we paid for our Six Day Stay. In My Opinion, and being a Retired Maintenance Worker, Resort Rooms should always be thoroughly inspected for any problems before providing them to occupants; especially occupants who just traveled 1,000 miles and are extremely tired from the trip.

We stood in a 2 bedroom suit which was very clean , love it had a kitchen , the rooms were very spacious ,mini market very convenient ,staff was excellent and that pirate ship pool/water slide was a hit for my kids !! We would definitely book a stay here again!
