This place is just wonderful. Great location. Recently refurbished ask for a refurbished room. Rooms are huge and extremely well equiped. Fabulous place all round. But cashless so card only throughout. No resort fees no parking charges very good value

We were required to evacuate our home in St. Petersburg for Hurricane Milton. With few hotels with rooms available, we finally found the Sheraton Vistana had a room available, and we took it. With Ron DeSantis announcing during his press conferences, that hotels would accommodate pets for those that had to evacuate, we did not worry about our small dog that we took with us. When we checked in, they charged us a $500.00 pet cleaning fee. WHAT??
When checking out, I asked to speak to a manager to ask about the $500.00 charge. I spoke to Jatoya Rackard (Supervisor) and she was uncooperative to say the least. Could not care less about charging us $500.00. She said the General Manager said they were not that kind of hotel and Ron DeSantis could not make them accommodated the customers at Radisson Vistana.

Vistana was amazing. Lots of pools and tennis courts to use. The rooms have everything you could want for a Disney World and Universal Studios vacation. The hotel was close to the parks but also close to some convenient restaurants like Applebees, Subway, Wendys and Chick Fil-a so it was easy to get food. We took Lyft's everywhere as we didn't have a car. We paid max $26 to get to theme parks and restaurants and shopping (apart from the airport). We were there during Hurricane Milton and felt quite safe. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Orlando.
