394 guest rooms in 2 buildings on 5 floors with exterior corridor. All with air-conditioning, flat screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, alarm/clock radio, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. 

Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Courtyard View Rooms have courtyard or lake views, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Scheduled daily shuttle transportation to all 4 Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Self-parking $22 plus tax per night, Valet parking $28 plus tax per night (payable locally, subject to change).

LakeView Restaurant (buffet breakfast). Oasis Restaurant (Poolside restaurant open 10.00am to 10:00pm), Joffrey’s Coffee Shop (7:00am to 11:00pm), Sundial Café (open 24-hours a day, offering quick self-service food and drinks), Eclipse Lounge (lobby bar serving cocktails and small plates, open 4.00pm-midnight).

This hotel has a resort fee of $34 plus tax per room, per day, payable locally and subject to change. However, this fee is not applicable if the room name booked explicitly includes the resort fee.

This hotel is a great value. There is a resort fee and parking that is not reflected in per night cost found on most websites. Most, if not all, of the resorts in Disney Springs have the same policies, so it is not uncommon. Most, if not all, of the resorts in Disney Springs have the same policies, so it is not uncommon. My wife and I enjoyed the extra 30 minute early entry into the parks to catch a few rides before the crowds start rolling in. They have a lovely quick-service area in the lobby that serves my favorite coffee, Joffrey's. We would definitely stay here again. Read less

The first room was in horrible condition. They promptly gave us a new room. My only complaint is the lighting is bad and no ventilation in the bath room area to get out moisture. Everything such as toilet paper and towels felt moist. The staff all went above beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Especially the bell and Valet!

This is an average hotel. Its very expensive for not a lot of amenities. They don't even give you water in your hotel room for a $39 a night resort fee. They would be better off giving you a free coffee coupon per adult from Joffrey then storing all of the coffee makers in the room, that most people probably don't even use. My experience was marred by multiple issues. The room I was assigned was in poor condition, with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and a bathroom that needed urgent attention. When I requested a room change to the main building, I was informed it was fully booked and instead placed on the fifth floor next to the trash dumpster, which was very noisy in the mornings. Most concerning, however, is the safety hazard posed by the balcony railing. It was extremely dangerous for small children, and I believe this is a critical issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Families should not have to worry about such risks during their stay. While I want to commend your valet staff for their excellent service and the breakfast restaurant for its quality, the lack of customer service at the front desk and the overall room conditions were disappointing. Their focus seemed more on upselling rather than addressing guests’ concerns. Given these experiences, I will not be returning to your hotel. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve safety and service for future guests. Thank you for your attention. Read less

My vacation was October 5-9 but plans changed quickly when my flight got cancelled on the 9th due to hurricane miton. I quickly went to front desk spoke to a girl named Allison (who acted like she didn’t even know a hurricane was coming) to tell them my flight was cancelled and I needed to extend my stay since there were no flights out and they said there was nothing they can do for us. So what they were going to throw us out during a huge hurricane? We ultimately rented a car and went on a road trip back to NJ. The frustration and stress of them not caring is unacceptable. They were not helpful at all in giving us option or even information on where to rent a car in the area. I will never stay here again. Read less
