Shelton greeted us the moment we arrived. He gets you moving in the right direction to check-in or wherever you need to go. The room was very nice; spacious, clean, stocked well with towels. The shower handle is closed so tightly that we had to have someone come up and open it for us. After using it, we could wait see why it was so tight - the faucet leaks heavily. I'm not sure if housekeeping previously reported it but no one has fixed it. That's a lot of wasted water. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar. The people at the front desk were very nice. Don't bother with the coupon for the "free welcome packet"; you get an offer to listen to their talk about timeshares. There was nothing that included coupons.

It was a very pleasant stay with friendly staff starting with Jonny from check in.
If you only speak Spanish, you can communicate, they support you by locating someone or very possibly someone speaks it.
You can walk to Disney Springs to shop an eat if you want, we went to see the concerts at night.

You cannot ask for a better location. It’s walking distance to Disney Springs. Everything was great besides a little cosmetic things like the remote being sticky. We enjoyed the outside area. The pool is amazing and we loved that it was heated.

Love this resort! It never disappoints. Rooms are top notch, location is perfect and the food and drinks at the pool side lounger are perfect! This trip we stayed in a king room with sleeper sofa and it was perfect for three people. The lobby is always clean and staff are friendly.
