Lake Buena Vista Queen View Rooms with a lake view and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Disney View King Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs,  with1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Disney View Queen Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

The whydham lake buena vista is a beautiful hotel and has a beautiful pool! The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfy. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to each of the 4 disney parks each hour, very convenient. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Our room was excessively damp, making it difficult to breathe and causing a persistent awful smell. We had to keep the door open at all times. It took until the third day for us to be allowed to change rooms, and the only compensation offered was a tax deduction for those two nights, which was ridiculous. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working at all throughout our entire stay, forcing us to go to a cafe to work. Again, no solutions were provided. The worst part of our stay occurred when we approached the reception for information about Disney tickets. The staff member offered us a free ticket in exchange for attending a two-hour “marketing” presentation at another hotel. She didn’t clarify what it was for, simply stating that we would receive the free ticket afterward. We assumed it would be a feedback tour and agreed to participate. However, it turned out to be a three-hour sales pitch for a $30,000 hotel package. We could not believe what they had got us into. The people trying to sell us this hotel package were extremely pushy, we wanted to go and we just felt like we could not. This awful experience ruined hour whole day and they made us feel SO STUPID. They also promised there would be food so that we could have breakfast there and there was nothing apart from drinks. If you do end up coming to this hotel (which I do not recommend) DO NOT ask reception for any Disney information, they will trick you and use you as a product to sell you a 30k dollars deal.
