My siblings and I stayed here for 5 nights, my parents stayed for 10 days. Our experience here was phenomenal. Hotel is absolutely stunning but what made the experience even better was the 5 star service from all of the staff at the hotel. The food was delicious every night, and Oliver in particular made my family feel so special and welcome. For example, Oliver noticed that my brother was getting watermelons everyday so one day he made him a watermelon juice and brought it to the table. This is just one example of the exemplary attention to detail that the staff here display. The spa facilities are amazing and the staff by the beach are great. There is also a couple of free shuttle busses that take you from the hotel to Emirates Mall, Waddi Water Park and Mina al Salaam. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in Dubai, it’s the perfect place to chill and live a life of luxury!! Read less

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for our 10th year Wedding Anniversary .Loved our stay at the hotel. We did half board option, drinks were expensive, but you expect that in Dubai. We would definitely recommend this hotel to the families and couples. The only worse thing was , the mini bar fridge was hot, wasn't working properly...

We opted for a club room here but that was the only disappointment. Club lounge has no atmosphere and wasn’t in a great position - no real view or in the sun. The service in the club lounge was also much slower compared to the other lovely restaurants and bars here although the staff were amazing. If we come again I don’t think we would opt for the club room as there really isn’t a need. The hotel itself is stunning. Location is great but personally I prefer the sunset from the other side of the Palm. I’d def come back here but think the Waldorf Astoria just pips it to the post. Very special thanks to Adam and Simbu who looked after us well. Read less

All the staff where very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. On the second from last day my bathroom had a little leak from the AC and water was on the floor, my wife walked into the bathroom and slipped hurting her neck. The staff come straight away to fix the problem and even send out the medical team to check my wife then as a gesture we got upgraded to the suite which was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and will be booking again in the near future. Read less
