Everyone heads for Atlantis which is fine by me as it means this hotel remains less corporate and with a lovely tranquil air. My new favourite in Dubai! Read less

Lovely place and very grand decor is delightful . Great facilities. A bit far out at the end of the palm so travel time increased by 15 .minutes each way especially at rush hour. Restaurants very good especially Lebanese. Rib room not suitable for non alcohol drinkers.

Great place for individual, couples or families, I would definitely go back again. Food is great, staff are very attentive and friendly. Resturant’s and spa are some of the best I have been to in Dubai.

We are staying at the Zabeel again- we stayed here before and didn’t have such a great experience so I contacted the manager before we came to make sure this didn’t happen again. It’s our daughters first holiday as she’s 8months old and I really wanted everything to go smoothly- unfortunately since getting off the plane it’s gone from bad to worse. We have encountered so many problems, to list a few- in our room, the balcony door was broken, my daughter was accidentally locked in the balcony with me being unable to get to her. Had 6 engineers come to our room and still couldn’t fix it as it happened again the following day. My husband treated me to the spa, we had a hamman together and the lady doing my treatment has taken skin off that I’m covered in blood spots all over my body. I was taken to see the paramedic and he gave me an antibiotic cream but told me to stay out of the sun and wear long sleeve top. I’m on holiday how can I stay out of the sun and I don’t have any long sleeve clothes. To be really honest I’ve felt the attitude of staff has been really unfriendly and not what you expect from a Dubai hotel. I do however have to give credit where credit is due, Mr Nazeer has been really helpful. I would recommend staying in Minaslam or other hotels on the palm ie W hotel etc as till date I can’t fault them. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Read less
