Executive rooms include private lounge access with complimentary breakfast. The rooms feature either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.


Complimentary airport shuttle to and from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport which runs every 30 minutes, 7 days a week with no reservations required. Self-parking $14 per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

If you like loud mouthed receptionists with anger management issues and in real need of Customer Service training, then this is the hotel for you. I made a simple request for a missing item from my room, very easy for the front desk to resolve. Each time they said they would ask security to deliver it, but nothing arrived. If you like loud mouthed receptionists with anger management issues and in real need of Customer Service training, then this is the hotel for you. I made a simple request for a missing item from my room, very easy for the front desk to resolve. Each time they said they would ask security to deliver it, but nothing arrived. Four repeat requests over 1.5 hrs (not excessive), 2 in person and 2 on the phone resulted in me being spoken to in the most appalling manner in a loud voice for all other guests to hear. I was then accused of hassling the staff and told to leave the hotel. I was promised a refund but when I went to claim it and move to another hotel, it was refused. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer ever and to avoid a repeat of this horrible experience in the future I will avoid all Sonesta hotels and strongly recommend you do too – you have been warned! There is no hotel service from International Airport. You need to tale a hotel share shuttle to the domestic airport then catch the hotel bus takes too much time. There should be a minimum standard for a hotel to stay open. I missed my flight and was so exhausted I booked this hotel. HUGE MISTAKE! Stay at your own risk if you don’t value your health. Front desk staff unfriendly—treated guests like assembly line equipment. Terrible is all I can say. Spend your $$$ elsewhere. This place was not cheap.

Ashley set everything up and Feyed and Samantha made it happen, and they did an absolutely wonderful job. The hotel catered several group meals for us and provided space for a number of meetings. The Sonesta Atlanta Airport North hosted our group of veterans and their families, about 50 total, for a Wednesday-Sunday stay. Everyone on the staff was thoughtful and helpful, food was great, and everything got done on time and to our complete satisfaction. This is a top-notch team and I would recommend them highly if you are thinking about coming to Atlanta. Read less

When I arrived I was meet with an empty front desk , to only be greeted from behind by a rude employee saying “ what you looking there for ain’t no body back there.!” As I was looking for a person to help me check in. I was there in business and for about 2 weeks I was giving a room on the 3rd floor looking at… Read more
This was the WORSE HOTEL STAY EVER!! When I arrived I was meet with an empty front desk , to only be greeted from behind by a rude employee saying “ what you looking there for ain’t no body back there.!” As I was looking for a person to help me check in. I was there in business and for about 2 weeks I was giving a room on the 3rd floor looking at all the HVAC systems and roof, not a great room! The room was then halfway clean , my bathroom was a mess the shower head looked like it was going to fly out the wall , many stains on the floor, if any kind of weather or wind comes your TV is out no signal. I was then meet with a rude housekeeper for towels on my 6th day there! Mind you I had not bugged them since check in was so bad. I was meet with a rude housekeeper whom told me “ I ain’t got no towels!.” Rude again.. all in all don’t waste money here! Go stay at motel 6 before you come here!! I expressed my concern and was sent an email from their team but yet to hear back! They are all rude and fake this hotel should be looked at by corporate! Read less
