We parked our car at this location for 10 days and returned to a break in and vandalized car. This location prides itself in safety and despite parking in a well lit area, this situation still happened. When I went in to talk to hotel staff, no one was able to help. Very disappointing and do not recommend customers use this park and fly location.

Very good. The hotel is convenient to the interstate and airport. It’s a very nice, older hotel, could use a bit of extra cleaning on the walls and doors, but that’s no reason for me not to recommend you to stay there. The parking is 22.00 per day, which is competitive with other hotels in the area, but a bit aggravating when you only stay one night and get charged just to park your car, but not a big deal. I would recommend you choose this hotel if you are in the area. I will definitely stay here again with no issues at all. Read less

Our Delta flight to ATL was so delayed that we missed all connections. Delta put us up at a hotel of our choosing from a list, and we selected the Sonesta (North) because it was listed as a premium hotel. We called the hotel about a shuttle from the airport, and they assured us it picked up at :15 and :45, around the clock. 10:15 came and… Read more

Still cold. Another call to the hotel, near frozen, and we were informed :15 and :45 are like clockwork. Thank goodness an enterprising sort who drove a shuttle for a nearby hotel heard a bunch of us lamenting the phantom status of the Sonesta shuttle. He said he'd take us all in exchange for a tip. He made bank tonight! I could (but won't) write a separate, highly critical novel about the front desk staff at the Sonesta North ATL. Read less

dont have a microwave they didn’t have a TV guide. The wallpapers peeling. Had to pay for parking. There’s no microwave. There’s no creamer for the coffee well there creamer but it’s powdered creamer. there’s no ice. Was clean. Restaurant had no coffee at night. Fast shuttle.
