The hotel

Combining old world graciousness with contemporary style, The Kimpton Brice Hotel is an establishment any modern-day southern belle would be proud to grace with her presence. Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with armoires and floor. There’s complimentary tea and coffee served in the morning and a hosted wine hour early evening – a great way to meet fellow guests and pick up a few sightseeing tips. There are restaurants aplenty to choose from close by but Pacci Italian Kitchen & Bar is very inviting with the atmosphere of a rustic country farmhouse. Settle down at lunchtime and feast on cured meats and pickled vegetables or bag a seat in the garden courtyard come sundown, admiring the stars in the night sky as you sip on a glass of something chilled.

I wanted to commend one of the staff members during our stay who was the attendant at the front desk. His name is Jason Willingham. I had severe case of Vertigo and was very ill. Jason couldn’t have been more attentive and comforting to me as I sat out front on the planter wall. My wife and I really appreciated his concern. Above and beyond ! All of the staff were also very helpful with the parking attendant finding an Urgent Care close by. Can’t say enough about this great hotel. Read less

The Brice was a great home base for a few days of exploring Savannah! It’s well-located and walkable to a lot of historic sites, steps from the riverfront, and offers spacious and comfortable rooms. The Brice was a great home base for a few days of exploring Savannah! It’s well-located and walkable to a lot of historic sites, steps from the riverfront, and offers spacious and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and dinner, and there was even a pet adoption event while we the there - so worth buying a ticket! The pool area is small but serene, and yes, as others have noted, there can be a bit of a musty smell, but that’s just hotels and buildings in Savannah. Ultimately what made this experience so great was the staff - they were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Read less

The Brice is a great place to take care of business. My executive team stayed here for a planning retreat and the catering and event management side of the hotel was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel my colleagues to stay at this hotel.

I had a really wonderful stay at the Kimpton Brice for a week around July 4 with my beautiful wife and baby son. The pet-friendly hotel has a good family vibe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a really quiet room, so the baby was able to get some good sleep — meaning my wife and I also got some good sleep. :-) I know you wanna know about the bed and the shower, right? Both amazing! I had to work on my laptop a couple of days, so I was really pleased that there’s very strong WiFi available in the rooms and throughout the hotel. I was able to work in the lobby area, which has great seating, available power outlets and a nearby bathroom. The Pacci restaurant next to the lobby is excellent, too. I had breakfast there almost every day and looked forward to it — eggs, bacon, a salad and the greatest biscuit of all time. I’m not exaggerating, either. I’m a biscuit expert, and this biscuit was as close to perfect as any I’ve ever eaten. If I were designing a biscuit, that would be it: wide and flat, with an outrageously crunchy exterior and a fluffy interior in perfect proportions. I ate there for lunch and dinner at various times, too, and enjoyed all my meals, all of which were reasonably priced. Read less
