The hotel

Combining old world graciousness with contemporary style, The Kimpton Brice Hotel is an establishment any modern-day southern belle would be proud to grace with her presence. Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with armoires and floor. The people were lovely. The hotel was better than expected. The room was huge and the bathroom was beautiful. I will say the bed was comfortable however it was very very dirty. There were holes in the sheets and also stains. Which means the bed was simply just made back up after the guest before us left. I told the front desk associate about this incident and she was very rude and blamed me for the room being dirty. This is not how you take care of an upset guest. There was no compassion shown at all. I myself am an employee at a hotel so I know the ends and outs of the hotel industry. I would not recommend anyone to say here. Read less

Great touch by the hotel having complimentary wine for guests at 5pm to enjoy in their courtyard. A very nice perk for guests. Service was better than I had expected. Ebony who checked us in was extremely warm and welcoming. She continued to check in on us throughout our stay making sure we were comfortable. She was fantastic and provided 5 star level service. The concierge Jairaj was very helpful as well. He had some great recommendations of things to do and recommended a very nice private tour for my wife and I. We will be back to Savannah and look forward to staying at the Brice again. Read less

The Kimton management has really changed and the staff. They are not helpful. One day my room did not get cleaned at all . Then I ask wash clothes so I had to go down stairs. The lady was not very helpful. When I got to my room I noticed the wash clothes were dirty!!!

Nice hotel, dog friendly, nice staff. Bay Street is busy, so noise is an issue. If you’re not a light sleeper, you’ll be fine. Easy access to a beautiful square and the river. I would recommend this hotel.
