A great location in an historic building. The modern lobby is inviting, providing a nice location for conversation with friends. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay more pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t open yet but should be by now.

Front desk was more than accommodating. Helped me fix an error when I booked. Valet, Ricky Ricardo, was amazing. Took great care of us. Even called us by name each time he saw us. The only problem was the room refrigerator didn’t work. Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

A great location and decent place to stay with pleasant staff. We have stayed here a few times, and note the rooms could use a little refresh. We also miss having food and beverage on site. Request a room away from the busy street.

This was a great hotel. I was fortunate to get one of the recently renovated rooms. It has hardwood floors and no carpet. I was on the 5th floor so don't know if there is a sound issue below with no carpet. Two things that were missing included no lights above the bed to read by other than a lamp between the beds. This was a great hotel. I was fortunate to get one of the recently renovated rooms. It has hardwood floors and no carpet. I was on the 5th floor so don't know if there is a sound issue below with no carpet. Two things that were missing included no lights above the bed to read by other than a lamp between the beds. The other was the bathroom fan did not appear to be functioning. Other than that the front staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but coffee shops were around the corner down a couple of blocks on Liberty St. Would stay there again on an upper floor. Recommended. Perry Read less

Service on check in was average. Billing was done in advance first night and rebilled at checkout second night needlessly tying up funds.
