Quiet hotel within walking distance of everything. Room was clean and quiet. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Decent size bathroom (& the TP is great, not super thin like most places ) although the lighting in the bathroom could be better. Best coffee and danish I ever had in a hotel. Night staff and bartender are wonderful.

The daytime staff was rude and unaccommodating. One employee, kuwaca, actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked if we could leave our luggage before check in because we arrived early. Had to request towels several times a day before getting them. At breakfast there was never coffee or creamer at the same time. Bagels were available but never butter or cream cheese. When you requested something they gave you an attitude and acted like you were bothering them. Would never stay there again. Read less

This hotel was this biggest disappointment from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived several hours early due to our flight. Hoping to check in early but knowing not always possible we at least tried. We arrived at 11:30am. The woman at the front desk who was on a personal phone call with her ear buds in finally greeted us with an annoyed look due to the fact she saw our luggage. We said our good mornings excited to be there and starting our vacation. Explained our flight came in early. We had two rooms booked for Monday thru Friday. So we asked if at all possible to even get one of the rooms early. Without even looking in her computer to see if she had any ready rooms she said “We have nothing ready check-in is at 4”. We accepted that since it was at 4 and proceeded with our next question can you at least hold our luggage here at the hotel so we can enjoy the day till then? I kid you not she literally ROLLED her eyes and told the person she was speaking to on the phone to hold a second while she said “yea” to us and got the little pieces of paper for us to fill out with our names to attach to the luggage. Then someone else took them into the back room. So she literally did NOTHING for this anyway yet it was some big issue for her. Approximately 2pm we attempted to call the hotel to see if any chance one of the rooms might now be ready. Same person answers the phone. While explaining we’re only even hoping for one of the rooms at this point she says “You’ll have to wait and give me a minute” in a nasty attitude. Then about 20 seconds after that comes back to the phone and says again “There is nothing ready check-in is at 4”.” When we were finally able to check in there was someone else finally on duty. A young gentleman named Trey who was very nice. We complained to him and he stated he had already received 5 complaints and he’d only been on duty for 20 minutes. The hotel states limited housekeeping…… this is still supposedly due to COVID. This is BS. We asked for no housekeeping just asked to have towels brought to our room twice. Both times we asked we had to not only ask twice but had to go to the front desk ourselves. They have a coffee maker in the room that takes coffee pods. Same deal I had to go to the front desk to get them which was fine since I said no housekeeping but they either didn’t have them at the moment and wouldn’t go in the back to get them just said oh come back later, we’ll I guess me wanting a cup of coffee now didn’t matter. Or when they did have them they would grab a bunch along with a bunch of creamers and sugar packets and just hand them to you to carry that way. How is that possible? The hotel comes with free breakfast which is coffee and danish. Well each morning there was either no coffee, or no milk, or no cups, half a bagel or no danish out. When you told this same woman at the front desk it was always the same answer “They’re getting it in the kitchen”. I’m sorry but when you are offering this limited of things they should at the very least be available. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay for coffee and breakfast because it was never available. So much for my free and included benefit. The year before I stayed at the Residence Inn which was more during COVID. The stay was wonderful. You received everything you asked for plus had a free hot breakfast every morning. The only reason I went to another hotel was to be closer to some things. I was cursing myself for that mistake. The attitude of the staff during the daytime was disgusting. There were plenty of staff standing around behind the front desk doing nothing so I don’t want to hear COVID excuses anymore. I checked out yesterday morning and was told the computer was down and would get my receipt emailed. I still haven’t received it. Such a disappointment for the amount of money I spent. Read less

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. They don’t clean the rooms even when I had requested it. You have to go to the receptionist area to get refills on your Keurig cups and coffee cups and towels. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. They don’t clean the rooms even when I had requested it. You have to go to the receptionist area to get refills on your Keurig cups and coffee cups and towels. Pillows are flat and they are made up to be square. Bathroom is very dark even with the lights on! they say they have food but actually they don’t. They serve horrible buttons and coffee in the morning and that is it! I have no idea how this for Hotel is rated well. The only good thing about this hotel are the employees.
