We stayed only one night in transit but found front desk staff and especially Ricardo, valet, very friendly, courteous and helpful. The valet parking took the stress away of finding a parking place. We felt very welcome. Our room was spacious, very clean and had all the necessities we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Beyond disappointing! ROACHES! DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel, Priceline and corporate office does not care as long as they keep your money! we checked in Friday at 930pm for a weekend stay. First the front desk gave us a key to someone else’s room, that we barged into while they were staying there. We went back down stairs and we were told they have a glitch in the system and we were given a new room, however that didn’t make us feel safe knowing someone could come in our room. That night I woke up to use the restroom, only to find baby roaches crawling on the floor and counter on and under our belongings. I got up the next morning at 7am and spoke to the front desk about changing our reservation to one night instead of two and I did not want to pay for the second night since we won’t be there, however because we booked through Priceline they could not refund the second night (which we didn’t stay yet). I then called Priceline directly, they told us the same thing. We called corporate and they told us to file a complaint and they would get back to us within 7 days. Which is Not helpful in our situation. later that day My husband spoke to the several managers here including housekeeping manager. she told us this is not the first time she is hearing about complaints of roaches!!!!! And when he requested be let out of contract again, they stopped answering his calls. Due to not wanting to pay for another hotel for the same night, we reluctantly decided to stay again. Sunday morning, The hotel lobby employees were shown a video of baby roaches crawling on the counter as I requested the general manager information , and instead of addressing the issue they gave me the wrong number. This is unacceptable for a corporation that make Billions of dollars on tourists to ignore such a disgusting problem especially when their own employees are acknowledging they know about the issue. And lastly, why do all of the doors on the fourth floor look as if each door was pried open with a screw driver or crowbar . Looks suspicious. At least cover it with paint. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They didn't have our suite ready when we arrived shortly before 5pm, tried to get us in a smaller room for the same price. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They didn't have our suite ready when we arrived shortly before 5pm, tried to get us in a smaller room for the same price. When we refused the smaller room the changed our resin thier system from a king 1 bdrm suite to a double queen room and lied and said they had several available and we refused what we booked. They are still charging our card not only for the original room but for more money than that. Multiple charges have posted and more are pending on the card. Management won't help or return calls. Save yourself the headache we endured. To top it off we had to travel another hour to find a hotel with a room available. They ruined the last part of our anniversary trip. Read less

Good location for walking around the city. One thing the hotel can't really control is a local bar/club that played extremely loud music till 2 AM for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Other than that it was good a place to stay for what we needed.

Upon arrival, we were met by the valet parking squad, apparently led by a gentleman named Justin. I asked “how does the parking work?” He went on to tell me that the valet service was $30 per night, added on to the room charge and included “unlimited” entrances and exits. He then lowered his voice and said if I choose to self park it would be “10 or 15 dollars every time” I came and went from the lot, making the valet option seem much better. The parking garage was literally across the street. We went with valet service. The next day, I learned that the self park has a maximum daily charge of 14 dollars and no set fee for coming or going. I choose to self park after that. In short, Justin lied to me in an attempt to scam me. This lady me with a bad feeling throughout my stay. At check in there was a woman mopping the floor by the mason doors with pine sol. I had to walk over her freshly mopped floor so I made eye contact with her and said I was sorry. She stared right through me. This happen opened twice! Terrible first impression. The rooms are good, but the bed was worn out with a sink hole in one side. Pillows are garbage. Bathrooms are mostly clean except for the pound of dust stuck to the gate over the ceiling fan and a couple of black mold spots along the floor trim. The staff was generally seen standing around talking. This gave the impression you were bothering them if you needed something. The hardest working guy was the Hispanic cook/janitor. He was awesome. He is the reason for the two star rating. Some of the staff seemed unapproachable. I just feel there is no manager on site, at least not a competent one. The property seems poorly run in general.
