Stayed here as they have balconies right on Bourbon St, which they allow you to smoke on as long as the french doors are closed. The room and staff were great. But really the best part is the balcony. You are in the heart of Bourbon St and there is always something going on, never a dull moment! Great place to just people watch or get involved in the fun. However, if you are looking a quiet relaxing stay I would recommend trying the courtyard rooms. The Bourbon St rooms are loud starting at 11am ish right through to 2am. Street performers set up right below the rooms and are very loud. Which is fun (a little repetitive though after a couple of days) and part of the experience. Overall we had a great time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Read less

The location is central to everything. We never heard the noise of Bourbon St. we are back again for round two of tours and decided to try it again. It did not disappoint. The beds are comfortable and they have care products in large shower containers which gives it high marks on the “going green” scale. The staff is as friendly. Our 2nd floor room has a great shared balcony. This will be our main stay for New Orleans. We look forward to coming back. Read less

Great hotel for sights of bourbon street. A little loud at night but was expected. Nice to sit on balcony and have your own drink enjoying the music without the crowd. Great staff and very good security for hotel. Nice little bar in the lobby too!!
