The location is at a prime spot on Bourbon St. The room was clean and the decor up to date. The services provided was friendly and attentive. Since the location is near Bourbon St activities, security will check for your room key upon entry during the evening. It stops people from wandering in. Very safe accommodations. Wanted to stay right on bourbon as we were only in town for 48hrs. Had a great time. Was a little nervous when we saw the earplugs provided on the bed side tables but weren’t necessary at all. Had an inner courtyard room with a balcony and it was super quiet. Hotel is fine. Nothing fancy. Rooms could use a makeover but I suppose you get what you… Read more

Hotel was great! Right in the heart of the french quarter. Hotel is on the corner of Bourbon and Toulose - Bourbon can be really noisy at night. We had a room with a patio facing Toulose and that was really nice and not as noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have a car, the only option is valet. Valet staff were nice and very speedy - I think the longest we had to wait was 3 or so minutes. Hotel was also very close to most other New Orleans attractions and was within walking distance to most everything. Read less

Booked due to new marketing program Bonvoy. Arrived at valet parking. Took too long including waiting for bellman (he was the only friendly staff member.) Asked for accessible room as I walk with a cane. Room was at end of corrider as far from the elevator as possible. Tub was easy access but had mold (see picture.) Tried calling room service,… Read more

Asked for accessible room as I walk with a cane. Room was at end of corrider as far from the elevator as possible. Tub was easy access but had mold (see picture.) Tried calling room service, got message to leave voicemail. Left message at 5:15. Gave up at 6:30 and use a food delivery service. There was a washcloth on the bathroom floor not ours. I expected a lot better. Second bad Marriott stay. Will not use again. Booked room to view French Quarter so check out photo from window. Read less
