Bourbon Street is noise, noise and party time. Being located there mean you will get same until 3am. Hotel is in the middle of the action -- so expect same. Courtyard rooms are quieter. What a gem of a hotel and in quite possibly the best location. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and walk out the hotel into the thick of all the magic of New Orleans on Bourbon Street. This hotel has the added bonus of a pool that looks amazing and at night all lit up looks fantastic.

The location is fantastic! We were close to everything we wanted to see and walked everywhere. The rooms were a little small and only had double beds in our Toulouse balcony room, but with little ones, it was easy to adapt. We enjoyed the balcony, and the kids even connected beads at the parade so they could toss them to passersby. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room can be noisy mostly due to passing cars. The environmental noise wasn’t too bothersome but cars blasting music woke us up several times. One night the street was blocked off, and that was great! Ear plugs are provided in the room, but you might pack some or opt for an inside room if noise is an issue. Read less

But, the best thing it was steps from everything -- the French Quarter, Canal Street, the St Charles Trolley, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, The Riverwalk, etc. I wish they had a better full-service restaurant, but because you are on Bourbon Street, there are options. Best hotel on Bourbon Street. The hotel staff are awesome. The rooms are fresh and updated. Can't say enough nice things about the Four Points Sheraton. Hotel lobby bar is fun place to watch Bourbon street. The hotel restaurant is currently not open. The pool area is a wonderful place to relax after walking all day in the French Quarter.
