We were greeted early by Shamika and staff and given the ideal top floor rooftop view room immediately after arriving at 9 am!!!! We were so tired and delighted by the immaculate comfortable room. The Concierge Amy was most helpful at making dinner reservations for us. The noise of Bourbon Street was not so bad in our location - be sure to ask for a quieter room. The pool was clean, warm, and refreshing. Lots of restaurants nearby. Read less

Beds do not have a box spring and mattresses are lumpy. First night we were there I had a cold shower. I called the front desk and reason was for the fact that laundry that day may have been heavy. The rails to balcony were sticky. I had to clean them. Look at these beds before you book a room. Deceiving on the website showing perfect beds. … Read more

Got the double balcony rooms (2 adjoining rooms) overlooking Bourbon street. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms a little small. Balcony was huge. Bedding was comfortable, overall room a little dated with carpet but furniture and decor was updated and nice. Great location if you enjoy the atmosphere of Bourbon St. If you need peace and quiet, go elsewhere as the festivities never stop (even in "off season" times) and the bar across the street rocks out until 4am... and loud. Or bring ear plugs. Good ones. Room is not very soundproof. Within walking distance of everything, also is a close by liquor store, and pizza slice place for that late snack. Need beads? Gift shop directly below. We went through a couple bags. If you are staying here, get some. This is not a place for The Handmaid's Tale if you know what I mean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a little slow to drop off/retrieve vehicle, but they are working short staffed like everyone. The 2 guys being overworked kept their hustle up, so it was no fault of their effort for sure, tip em good they are trying hard. We don't mind the party atmosphere 24/7 so was a great stay. 4 adults on this trip, again great stay here. Def would not bring kids to this location... save that for around the corner somewhere quiet. Was a little pricey, but you are paying to be in the center of the action here... and you are. Read less

Date of our visit was 03/29. This was our second trip to NOLA, both times staying in the French Quarter. Where else ya gonna stay when in The Big Easy? This hotel is a cut above where we stayed on the previous visit. Sheraton did an excellent job of remodeling this historic hotel. We got a room with a balcony view of Toulouse Street just yards… Read more

We had never been to New Orleans so we picked this hotel based on the location. We had never been to New Orleans so we picked this hotel based on the location. It is in the heart of the French Quarter which means you can walk to the major things to see as well as the historic restaurants. We had a balcony room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little on the small size. It was clean and up to date. The balcony was wonderful for people watching from a safe distance. It was noisy but one should expect that when you are on/off Bourbon street. The other nice thing about this was that you did not need your car. Plus, you wouldn't want to drive on these small streets. The other thing is that New Orleans does not offer access to public restrooms except down by Cafe De Monde. So it was convenient to have our room to go back and only minutes from where ever we were walking. All the famous restaurants were just a few minutes walk: Armantines, Brennans, Arnauds, Court of the Two Sisters, etc.. We would definitely stay here again. All employees were friendly and nice. It was too cold for us to swim but the pool area was lovely. Read less
