Room was not available, and we were advised it would be available "shortly", and to check back in an hour. We returned at about 3:00 p.m. Room was not available, and we were advised it would be available "shortly", and to check back in 30 minutes. We returned shortly before 4:00 p.m. Room was not available. We were advised it would be available very soon, and to please wait in the lobby and they would come & notify us when the room will be ready. We are now very unhappy. Management stated that our check in was not 1:00 pm despite the written confirmation, and that the written 1:00 pm check-in language did not "really" mean we could check in at 1:00 p.m. Our response was if the check in really does not mean anything, then the check out time has no meaning either. 1 hour later. Shortly before 5:00 pm, we make another inquiry, and we are told the room is now ready. No one came to us and told us the room was ready, despite a promise to do so. Read less

I just stayed at this hotel and it has an excellent location , it is nice , service is just ok . Rooms are fine but double beds are not even queen , they are smaller ... just FYI for families or friends staying more than 2 in a room ! Valet parking is $35 plus taxes ... per night . No restaurant is open , just the Pool .

Our room was very clean! We had a balcony which provided a birds eye view of our part of the French Quarter. The main desk staff was efficient and polite. The young lady at the desk during the day was so sweet, pleasant and delightful. Due to COVID, the house cafe was closed. It would have been so helpful if the pantry stocked something beyond… Read more

The city enacted tighter city restrictions or last day, that kinda slowed the town down. Overall the we really nice. Will probably book a room over the amazing courtyard next trip. Read less

They went over and above expectations with regards to protocols. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depends on how you look at it, we had to return 2 weeks later to handle some personal business, and the assistant GM, Mr Brenes went above and beyond expectations assisting us with our unexpected return. Four Points will be our go-to place to stay whenever we stay in NOLA. Read less
