I had such an incredible time. My room had a balcony facing Bourbon St. No worries though...once your balcony door is closed, you can't hear any outisde noise. Trust me, there was a marching band playing below and we didn't even realize it until we opened the door. The customer service was awesome! I'm indifferent about the room service. I get… Read more

Trust me, there was a marching band playing below and we didn't even realize it until we opened the door. The customer service was awesome! I'm indifferent about the room service. I get going green, but I didn't like the way the food was packaged. Plus, it wasn't tasty. I only ordered breakfast so I'm not sure how the other food tastes. The hotel is in a fantastic location, which allowed me to walk back and forth to the room for naps and breaks from bar hopping. I would absolutely stay there again. Read less

Close to good restaurants, Bourbon Street, walking anywhere in the French Quarter and close to Street Cars to explore the Garden District or other areas of the city. We took several tours and the shuttles picked us up right at the hotel, as well as the airport shuttle. The rooms are nice and the adjoining restaurants were nice to have as an alternative to eating out in the city. The Powdered Sugar restaurant located in the hotel is divine for desserts and breakfasts. Our room adjoined the courtyard where we could walk out and relax. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Read less
