Loved my stay at this hotel. Great customer service and the bar in the lobby has great food and drinks. Right off of bourbon street so close to the places to be but a little loud in certain rooms but noise did stop by midnight and I was able to sleep well.

Perfectly located hotel if you want to be near bourbon street but not in the middle of the madness when you want some quiet time. Pretty conveniently located for any walking. Staff was superb every time you came and went there was a friendly face greeting you or willing to give directions. We had an exceptionally great time at the lobby bar Holmes. Bartenders were excellent at their craft it was fun to watch them make some of the interesting drinks they have on the menu and the conversations had definitely made our NOLA experience even better. Exceeded my expectations for a hotel near Bourbon Street. Large rooms, fun decor and amazing staff! Loved having Redfish Grill and Hard Rock Cafe and shop in the hotel. Great location. Easy to walk to Bourbon Street and even Jackson Square.

Wonderful trip to New Orleans. Music was amazing, lots of walking and finally returning to the clean, well maintained hotel was a joy.

Tracy was an absolute fantastic hostess at check in! We were selected a free upgraded suite which was awesome! Overall the experience was wonderful and we will return and recommend to others!
