Great stay. The room was great and the staff was extremely helpful. All conference rooms and activities were relatively close. That convenience made it for a relaxing environment. I would recommend this hotel for future conferences.

We had a few issues with our five-night stay for a conference. First issue was with the cleanliness of the room checked in for us. After we had unpacked and we’re about to go to bed after a long day of travel, we noticed that the bedsheet appeared to be dirty and unchanged from the prior guest. I was surprised because that’s not a mistake found in a Hyatt. Fortunately, the front office supervisor responded very quickly, had a bellhop help us swapping the room, and provided additional discount for our stay for the inconvenience. The second was the thermostat and AC. This was a problem other conference attendees noted as well. The thermostat appears to have a mind of its own and would not stay at the preset temperature after 15-30 minutes. For me, it would reset to ECO Mode and the room would be at 77 degrees (i.e., the heat turns on). My wife and I had to wake up in the middle of the night several times to make sure the room had the right temperature. The front office and engineers were responsive and helped us address the problem a couple of times. But man, was it frustrating. Overall, if it wasn’t because of the hotel staff’s effort to try exceed the expectation, I would have left 2 stars here. I believe these issues are easy fixes and should not recur in the future, and therefore I left 4 stars. Read less

I alerted the front desk on Sunday (the day I checked in) but house keeping only addressed it with some temporary fragrances on Tuesday. The balcony of my room had 2-3 inches of standing water, the flooring material/paint was peeling, and there were large visible chunks of green algae and mold growing on the balcony/patio furniture. Definitely disgusting and a health hazard. Read less

Overall the rooms are decent appointed. Read less

I was at this hotel for a conference and stayed a couple of extra days. The conference went without a glitch and while that is in large part due to the organization that gave the conference, Hyatt's rooms, food and service was very good. I had a problem with not getting cushions for the pool area but overall the experience was a good one.
