What would’ve been a lovely stay turned into a bit of a nightmare over parking charges. Got dropped off by a friend who stayed a couple of hours, pay the valet directly using cash and still got charged for parking. Call to rectify this error and was told I would be called back. No call back to date!

The staff here are very helpful and lovely. The lobby is nearly completely divorced from the rooms and takes a minute to figure out how to navigate from lobby to room elevators and between 1st or 3rd to 2nd floor.

Very dated w chipped or stained furniture. No hot water in one room. TV did not work in the next room. Slow or no service. Dial pads of elevators are annoying as do not work well all the time. Front desk does not answer phone sometimes.

I enjoyed my stay. I loved that I could check in and check out on my phone. It was such a convenience being able to use my phone as my key card. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I was able to hop on a train and get to the downtown area quickly. The bus stop was right across the street from the hotel. With the best donut shop next door!
