Le Meridien New Orleans

New Orleans, Louisiana

Virgin rating

The hotel

Deep in downtown, Le Méridien New Orleans presents The Big Easy in all its glitzy glory. After a mega-million dollar refit, it mixes the city’s refined style and sense of fun, with pops of yellow and blue, music-inspired accessories, and reflections of New Orleans in its photography. Location’s key of course – it’s just 100 metres from Bourbon Street and Harrah’s Casino, and 300 metres from the French Quarter. And they’ve teamed up with The Sweat Social to bring you running tours, Priority Bicycles to offer bike hire, and three incredible art museums to give you complimentary entry. Returning to base, you can swim in the rooftop pool, dine on Deep South inspired dishes at LMNO, and take time out in The Hub – a café-come-bar with complimentary WiFi, a New American menu, and an evening aperitif hour featuring sparkling cocktails.

Hostess Saralyn was very charming, polite, an asset to your establishment. She truly made our stay well worthwhile and comfortable especially each and every morning at breakfast. The technician Calvin came to our room promptly when I had an issue with the streaming of Netflix. He remedied the streaming of video channel and he also unclogged the bathroom sink when we mentioned that the sink was going down slowly. The bartender Brandon was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs as well at the bar. The cleaning staff was phenomenal as well. The room was impeccable and comfortable. The hotel was truly excellent and exceptional. Read less

This was not my first time staying there but if you do I recommend cash not card cause there is something fishy going on Read less
