We had a late check in due to our flight arriving in NOLA at 10 pm. Our connecting flight was delayed and we did not get into the city until after 11 pm. I booked a suite for this girls trip which was over $300 a night. We get to room that smelled like a combo of mildew and chlorine. The tub was dirty. We are moved to a different room that was also dirty. At that point after a long trip, we were tired and hungry. So we went to get food and just the thought of going back to the room was horrible. So we ended up walking Bourbon street and ended up on Canal street to see if we could find another hotel. At this point is was almost 3 am. We did find a hotel. we went back and checked out. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and offered us yet another room but at that point, I just wanted to be in a clean hotel. This place I am sorry to say was more like a motel than a hotel. I admit that I am very picky about hotels and if I am going to pay $300+ a night for a room, that my expectations are going to be high. On the books we were in that hotel for just a few hours. Instead of the Hotel upper management doing the right thing and just not charging me, I was charged $285. I question the validity of these reviews because 2 different Lyft drivers hearing our story said that it's not a good hotel. I feel awful because my 2 friends relied on my judgement and I relied on the reviews here on this site. Read less

Great place to be in the middle of the action! Nightlife is great. Location is a 10/10. They don’t have service for the suits. Asked for blankets and towels serveral times and they brought less than what was asked after we had to remind them a second time. Still, service is so good! So welcoming!

A little pricey but super convient and very safe. Parking in any big city is like that. Strolled out the front door to Bourbon street and had the best of… Read more

Shout out to Wayne the best concierage for all the recommendations and setting up great tours for us. Will definitely stay there again. Read less

From our first trip as a couple to our Honeymoon and several Anniversary, Birthday and just weekend get away trips, this is our go to place! The staff have always been wonderful even through the challenging times of Covid. The Manager, Randall his been with the property for as long as we have been visiting and is always visible to the guest for anything they may need. When you walk out of the hotel it's a party on the outside but if you want to relax by the pool you will not even realize Bourbon Street is on the other side of the building and can just relax and soak up the sun. The location is great and almost everything is in walking distance. Read less
