The staff members were amazingly accommodating and helpful, both at check in and check out. The rooms were sparkling clean and neat. Similar to other downtown New Orleans hotels, a parking fee was necessary. And, the hike to Bourbon Street was several blocks. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I have to say from the moment when we arrived and was greeted by Mr. BOB, who not only provided us with great service, but also has a lot of stories to tell about his beloved NOLA, the girl who checked us in (I think her name was kentrall) she was so sweet and gave a a super cool rundown of the best places to visit while in town. Let me not forget to mention one of the supervisors, Dorian, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and a great time in town.with that said, this Hotel is located in a great area, closed enough to most attractions, literally walking distance and only a 5 to 8 minutes ride to other attractions,(go hang out with the locals) Food was amazing and please do not leave without taking the Riverwalk Night tour. Location is great...the hotel is the CBD between the French Quarter and Warehouse District. It is within walking distance to many local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was lovely with beautiful New Orleans architectural details.
