So sad, I was really looking forward to enjoying the hotel. The other travelers were friendly but, that was the only positive. There was even a dog in the room across from us when we had to sign a specific document about no smoking and no animals

Great location and relatively quiet stay. Quick walk to the French Quarter. Parking garage was reasonably close for self-park. Blankets were available upon request but were not clean-appearing and had questionable stains.

We booked our stay online and our checking process was really smooth. Staff was friendly and willing to help. It was in a great location for us. Just a few blocks from the French Quarter and public transportation. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is probably not the hotel for you. We booked a Standard One King Bed Room. The room was average in size. Nothing spectacular. The room and bathroom were both clean when we arrived. The bed was a little firm and squeaked with every slight move you made. There was no full length mirror. Over all, our stay here was about average. Not amazing, but not horrible. One last thing: If you are driving into town, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a parking pass from the hotel. There's absolutely no parking anywhere unless you park in the public parking areas that costs a good bit of money. It's cheaper to park at the hotel and walk were you need to go or ride the street cars. Read less

Like I said before the bed didn’t have a comforter on the bed. Only an extra sheet. But Judah was amazing. Anything we needed he was on it. Very familiar with the area and if he didn’t know the answer he went and found it!!!!!

The hotel has a beautiful historic feel to it and the staff is incredibly friendly. The outdoor sitting areas are exactly what I hoped for in the mornings to sit and have a cafe au. However the room was dirty (hair all over the bathroom and the lid to a take out container in the chair in the bedroom area) and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.… Read more
