Every amenity you will need has been thought of including a kiosk offering ice cold water to refill your complimentary aluminum water bottles. The beach is well staffed with towels and umbrellas provided and the clear, glittering water perfect for a morning swim. Courteous staff eager to serve made every aspect of our visit better. Wailea can’t be beat as a location. As our guidebook said the only downside of the Fairmont Kea Lani is that it’s so exotic and luxurious that it makes your real life seem bleak in comparison when you go home. Read less

Willow spa was my home away from home and enjoyed everything from the facial, massage and special spa showers. Really loved staying here. Kea lani just supports the Aina and Hawaiian traditions. Every employee that we encountered in this resort was very nice and helpful. The rooms are all suites, with separate living and sleeping areas. The bathroom was incredibly large. The balcony was large with great views of the pacific. We both enjoyed having drinks at the pool bar, the bartenders were always nice and accommodating. The beach had nice soft sand, but the surf beat me up a little this week. The only downside was that we had to go home. Read less

This hotel is amazing. We were very torn between the Fairmont and the Four Seasons and I'm so glad we chose the Fairmont. It's an all-suite hotel (recently renovated) and the rooms are huge and lovely. Service and food are both excellent. I walked over to the Four Seasons and it seemed dated and worn, and I heard the rooms are not great. I'd… Read more
