Fairmont Garden Suites overlook scenic tropical gardens with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Partial Ocean View Suites have a partial or angled view of the ocean from the outside of the suite with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Ocean View Suites have partial or angled view of the ocean from inside of the suite with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Ocean View Suite offer a full view of the ocean with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two Bedroom Ocean View Villas and Two Bedroom Ocean Front Villas have two storeys with two master bedrooms and a living room. There is a full kitchen, a private courtyard with a plunge pool and barbecue. This villa offers 2 king-size beds or 1 king-size and 2 double beds, there's also 1 queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Three Bedroom Ocean View Villas and Three Bedroom Ocean Front Villas have the same amenities but with 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Villa guests receive a reusable bag filled with fruit, drinks and snacks, complimentary valet parking and daily breakfast buffet at Kea Lani Restaurant (4 guests daily for a 2 bedroom, 6 guests daily for a 3 bedroom).

Please note: the hotel are excited to embark upon their ho'omaka hou (new beginning) multimillion-dollar transformation, beginning with the renovation of Villas and Suites, commencing March 2022. This work is internal only, and work will be carried out on one closed-off area at a time. No guests will be placed above, below, or next to any work area, and will be placed as far away from any work as possible. The first newly rennovated suites will welcome guests in summer 2022. In August 2022, improvements to the Grand Entrance and Lobby will begin, reopening in mid-December. Works are planned to be completed by April 2023. No facilities will be closed (restaurant, spa, pool, fitness room, etc, all remain open).

Hotel is nice . Rooms are clean. Front desk Staff is not the most friendly. Rooms are nice size. We got a room facing the parking lot and couldn’t really enjoy the view or seat outside due to noise, dust and the smell of fried food coming from downstairs. Seems like we got the worse room they have even tough we payed top dollar for it, and hotel was in no way at capacity. Pool food is extremely expensive for what you get. We dinned at all the restaurants and staff was friendly, and food was good. Guys at the valet parking were also helpful and friendly. Just underwhelming overall for a Fairmont brand. Read less

Great stay at the Fairmont in Wailea/Kihei. The property itself feels fresh, updated and grand from the moment you approach the entrance and enter the open air lobby. The staff are welcoming and friendly and clearly here to please. For ease of reading, I’ll break down my review in two sections: The Good: *Beautiful spacious, modern and stylish building. *Guest Rooms are so inviting, sound proofed and spacious which is typical of Fairmont. The lanai is also very generous with space. Love their bathroom including perhaps the best make up mirror I’ve ever used. Smart lighting throughout with dimmers and or photocells. The bathroom itself has a photocell based nightlight as well. TVs are both very large and comfortably placed. Ample power ports through the room. Mini fridge and microwave is a major plus! *the restaurants on property are varied and high end. I dined at and truly enjoyed Nick’s and loved it as well as the lobby sushi/bar. *the location is prime - walking distance to Shops At Wailea and neighboring resorts if you so desired to check things out. *private beachfront cove with plenty of space for lounges and recreation *pool area outside offers lots of grass covered space in between the pool and beach. *hotel staff are all so friendly and outgoing. Always greeting you with an Aloha which makes such a different. *self parking is super close, convenient and free! Valet is $40/night. The Needs Attention: *their main pool is large and nice featuring a water slide however it does feel somewhat dated as does the pool deck itself. 90% of the pool deck on the main pool is only available as a cabana rental which is really lame especially after paying $$ for your room. You can get free lounges but they’re the cheaper lounges and pushed way back on the grass - not even near the pools. No bueno Fairmont. You guys gotta think that one stat. *the concierge team members probably need to be better oriented to Maui and its activities. Every time we asked a converge, they had this look of fear on not knowing the answer while they feverishly started Googling. We’re talking about questions like where we could see turtles on the beach. Not complex folks. Overall this is a top choice in Maui. Trust me I have stayed at numerous location s and used to live in Maui. You’ll be happy with this property just keep in mind it can be overwhelming without of control kids with parents who look the other way. Otherwise a great property all around. Read less

My family and I just stayed at The Fairmont Kea Lani and I highly recommend this resort for your next vacation. The resort was just renovated and the suites are so spacious and clean. Chloe at the bell desk greeted us with a beautiful lei, Lili checked us in and was so friendly and warm. Kaleo at the pool had the true aloha spirit and was so attentive to my families needs . Kaylee at the pool was always there if we needed anything and got us everything we ordered to us so quickly. It even started raining one of the days we were there and all the staff kept working so hard with a smile on their faces. Zebedee at ko was our waiter and was so attentive and personable . Enjoyed Ko’s Kama’aina Sunday brunch. It was awesome! So much to eat, it was perfect and yummy! 😋 I believe Sept 8, 2024 is their last day before they close for renovations. So make your reservation before you miss out! It will not disappoint! Bon appetit!
