Everything about the resort was perfect. All services and attendants were outstanding with their positions. Our attendant for our room was impeccable easy check in and check out. The food at KO’ was to die for. Possibly the best meal we’ve ever had. Read less

This is one of our favorite hotels in the world. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly. We always leave feeling extremely well taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Wailea.

We stayed ten nights here in an upgraded deluxe OV king suite and were pleased. Having dined at Nick’s many times before we waited for the renovations to finish before booking. The lobby is amazing and the rooms very nice, though the shower was tight. Housekeeping did a terrific job! The front desk and concierge were most helpful. Yes everything here is expensive and for the $59 breakfast buffet we passed and found lower priced options-since ala carte too was limited. The new lobby bar has great sunset views but unless you like sushi with very overpriced cocktails you will be disappointed. Our number one disappointment was their not having enough umbrellas at the three pools and then never finding an attendant to prep loungers. Having stayed at the Marriott and GW there are some features that are better but yes this is overall a very nice resort. Read less

This is a three star hotel in disguise. Hopelessly over booked, almost impossible to find seating at the pool and staff are extremely slow (like you might be waiting a full 40 minutes just to order at the pool). If they want to charge 5 star prices then they need to hire more staff and manage their volume relative to available facilities.
