The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. I took photos of mold on the bathroom doors and extremely dirty base boards and stained carpet. The daily fees of the resort were over $100 too. Overall, not worth the money. I will not be staying at this resort in the future.

The Hyatt Regency Maui was relaxing and enjoyable. We lounged by the pool, watched the whales spout, and watched turtles poke their heads up near shore for days. Quick trips to Lahina for shopping and eating were easy. The spa was great and we booked a spa discount with Travelzoo. We used the spa facilities with hot tub, steam room and sauna throughout the day of our massages. We utilized the Hyatt Lounge- and actually ate most of our meals and desserts there ;). The fitness center even had a few Peleton bikes to take on demand classes for free! The gardens are beautiful and the wildlife they keep appear to enjoy their surroundings. (I remind myself it’s hard to protect what you do not know about.) The Hyatt seemed to have many multi-generational families visiting. Plenty of young families with kids and grand-parents in tow all enjoying themselves. Our second trip and we do plan to return. Read less

I love the Hyatt!!!! I wish the rooms were a little nicer without adding more to the cost. I save all year to go to Hawaii once a year. This is the second year in a row at the Hyatt, when I walked into the rooms last year, I was very disappointed, but the resort itself made up for the room. I was use to staying in condos so a motel room was… Read more

We would stay closer to Whalers Village next time. This hotel was not worth the price. Read less

If you forgot something, no worries, everything you could possibly imagine is on the property! This includes a Macy's satellite store! We ate at all 3 major restaurants and were pleasantly surprised with quality of food and service. My family had zero complaints and without a doubt would do the Hyatt Regency Maui again in the near future.. Read less
