I stayed in this hotel last week, and forgot my car key there... I've called them innumerable number of times regarding it, and every time they have the same response - "We're working on shipping it to you, we'll get back to you once we have an update". How long does it take to ship something from a hotel? I even offered to pay for the FedEX… Read more

How long does it take to ship something from a hotel? I even offered to pay for the FedEX Airway Bill, but that doesn't work, because apparently it takes them 4 days to say "Hi, what's up with this key situation" to the person responsible in the lost and found section!! Small and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Had a complementary afternoon glass of wine in the reception area and meet several fellow travellers - nice space and a welcome gesture. Great location for all of what downtown Seattle has to offer. We’ll go back.

The king size bed was comfortable but took up all the space. Bring your own blinds for the window. The window was covered by a sheer black cover, so i had to hang 2 towels, my scarf and my suitcase to cover the window so we could sleep in actual darkness. The walls are paper thin. Could literally hear the neighbors conversations and when they turned their sink and shower on. The bedding was decent but didn't look clean, i found two spots of discoloration on the sheets.. Its pet friendly so you can also hear dogs barking through the night along with the road noise due to the thin walls. Had to park at a garage next door and was 40 bucks for one night. The few things that were good was, the friendly staff when we checked in and left. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to most attractions. Read less

I had dinner downstairs at the Lodge restaurant and it was good, but the atmosphere was noisy. Id order to-go next time. More countertop space is needed in the bathroom. Its fine for 1 person, but for 2 or more people, its a bit of a hassle. Also the walls are too thin, we could hear the guy next door snoring. They also need to change the wierd yellow lighting on the ceiling. Overall, The price, the staff, the cleanliness and the location are what keep me coming back. Read less
