We had a room overlooking the street. It was quiet. This hotel is close to restaurants and short stroll to major attractions. Great he bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size, the bathroom was compact.

The moment we arrived we noticed the Hotel was understaffed. One lady was trying her best to check people in but was new and did not have nearly enough help. Very frustrating for the 5 people in the line waiting to check in for 45 minutes. The room was what I expected but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. The morning we checked out… Read more

Very frustrating for the 5 people in the line waiting to check in for 45 minutes. The room was what I expected but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. The morning we checked out one of the staff member's behaviour was frankly disgusting, accusing us of losing a bag tag that she hadn't even given to us yet. When she realised there was no apology. I hope not all of the hotel staff would treat Military veterans in this way. I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. Read less

Fantastic service, would loved to had stayed longer. Impressed at all levels, enjoyed the wine tasting, thankyou Andy...we drank to your health. Would recommend. Great location close to metro and bus lines and walk to waterfront. Pub next door a little expensive for lunch but plenty of other options.

BUT it was the tiniest hotel room and bathroom we've ever stayed in - and we've stayed in a lot!In particular, to use the toilet you had to some special positioning! And if you're tall and/or large, I doubt you'll be able to contort yourself… Read more

And if you're tall and/or large, I doubt you'll be able to contort yourself enough! Also, the shower had no shelving for soaps, etc, so they had to go on the shower floor. For the price point, the size was pretty ridiculous. Here are a couple of photos to give you an idea of what I'm referring to. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great budget hotel but

Jun 20, 2019 RaullyRAL Vancouver, Canada

Good budget hotel in downtown but parking is valet only and expensive. I also found the beds too soft and I hurt my shoulder. View of my room was a wall. Rooms are very small. Service and staff were great though. Lodge bar was convenient but service is a bit slow
