So i vacationed here with my friend for a few nights. We stayed here Feb 28-March 2 of 2020. Now the hotel is in a great location, we had many options close by when it came to seeing landmarks and wining and dinning. Downtown Seattle you cant go wrong! The hotel had amazing service, Jessica was a huge help and reassuring everything was great prior to even arriving. I requested a higher level room since previous reviews recommend that and even tho its not guaranteed they were able to accommodate that for me. Check in was a breeze (we were lucky to have been able to check in early, they do have a safe storage place to hold your bags if you arrive and cant check in early or for some reason your room inst available yet they have that available for you) and they are very accommodating if its possible. The room was cozy and comfy we got the room facing a parking structure and you can actually see a picture of it already posted here by a previous traveler. When i mean we had no problem we had absolutely not one issue with staying here. bedding was super comfy and the room and bathroom was clean. I am a big girl myself and even those the bathroom is small we managed just fine with not one problem. They gave us a complimentary wine hour that even tho we didn't like the wine, you can't complain with free. yes you can hear outside noise but honestly its not bad but if the city noise bothers you don't stay downtown. its a busy city and its obvious and inevitable that there will be noise. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY AT WHILE VISITING SEATTLE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND YOU'RE LOOKING TO EXPLORE THE CITY AND JUST HAVE A GOOD PLACE TO SLEEP AT THAT WONT BREAK THE BANK THIS IS RECOMMEND! YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED (mostly walking distance from everything and uber and lyft are super cheap and reasonable here) AND COULD WANT, WHILE VISITING SEATTLE AT THIS HOTEL. YOU HAVE A CAFE AND A RESTAURANT AND BAR DOWNSTAIRS! Thank you guys for a great stay and if i ever visit Seattle again i will stay here again. Read less

Nice location, cute little room with a lot of character. If you’re lucky you’ll catch Alison at the front desk, she’s super helpful and has great suggestions for your stay- such as where to get a good pizza at 1am ;)

Enjoy a quiet, safe location in the heart of downtown! You'll be minutes away from piers, Pike Place Market, shopping, dining, great architecture and more. My room was spacious and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. Check-in and check out is efficient and accommodating. I will be back!

Room was quaint but pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Front desk and door staff were very courteous. Location has a nice coffee shop on street level. Business/printer area was useful - although a color printer would have helped. Black and white only. Near lots of restaurants.

Good hotel for the money. Clean and friendly, with early check in allowed which was much appreciated. Room was spacious and clean. All attraction walking distance from hotel. Good hotel for the money. Clean and friendly, with early check in allowed which was much appreciated. Room was spacious and clean. All attraction walking distance from hotel. Only negative was a luke warm and expensive breakfast at The Lodge, which is the main catering arm of the hotel. The little cafe that's down from the lobby is very good and does nice pizzas for an end of evening meal. Alison was excellent on the front desk, as were all the other staff that I dealt with.
