Firstly I must say the hotel was a lot smaller than I expected it to be as it looked bigger in the photos I saw. But then again that's the case with most pictures of anything so I can't complain about that. Firstly I must say the hotel was a lot smaller than I expected it to be as it looked bigger in the photos I saw. But then again that's the case with most pictures of anything so I can't complain about that. It was literally only a 5 minute walk away from the Universal Street Light Rail station and had no difficulty in finding it as the road signs in the city are more than clearly marked. On arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner and checked in smoothly by the member of staff at reception. And the room was quite spacious and comfortable even though there wasn't much of a view as I was only on the third floor but at least it had a really good wifi signal. The only slight boo boo that happened during my stay was on my penultimate warning the fire alarm went off at 7am in the morning. It didn't affect me too much as I was already dressed and stuff, but other hotel guests were nowhere near ready and it turned out to be quite an inconvenience when later on one of the staff members mentioned that the grille restaurant that was in the hotel were planning a routine drill and forgot to mention it to the hotel staff. With all due respect, it would have made more sense to do it slightly later on in the day and not at a time where most people normally get up to shower and get ready. However this didnt change my opinion of the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I had to return to Seattle. One thing I need to point out is one member of staff who's name was Jessica really stood out when it came to Customer Service skills. Especially as her people skills with me and other patrons of the hotel was extremely open and friendly. Read less

Stayed at the property while attending a concert in Seattle. The high points are the location in downtown Seattle, the service and an unexpected wine tasting event every afternoon. Wifi service was acceptable. The rooms are quite small as well as the bathroom. There is no space for desks, chairs, or storage. The sink in the bathroom was clogged… Read more

Wifi service was acceptable. The rooms are quite small as well as the bathroom. There is no space for desks, chairs, or storage. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to fix it. Also, the rates are affordable for the area but probably a lower rate will make the property more attractive. All in all, enough to pass the test and stay there next time. Read less

Warm welcome on arrival and bags taken care of. We arrived early so went walking in Seattle while the hotel kept us updated by txt on our room. Worth a try if… Read more

We stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific for 2 nights before our cruise out of Seattle in Mid August. We wanted to stay close to Pikes Place because of the great food and sites in the area of downtown. We often get Airbnb when we travel in the states, but found for the area, this hotel was a better value. The room was VERY small, and a little outdated, but clean. The bathroom did not have standing room for more than one person, however we did book the value room. We were not planning to spend much time in the hotel, so we did not mind the size. The staff here was awesome! They were very friendly and helpful. There was also a wine tasting/happy hour (what!?) that was included with our stay. I always take value into account when writing a review. I did not expect a 5 star experience at this hotel, but I think that for the price, it exceeded my expectations. The great location and customer service more than made up for the smaller room and older building. Read less

Stayed here 2 nights and very much appreciated the location. The pleasant public library is across the street, and the light rail is a short walk away. Museum of Art and Pike Place Market are somewhat further --10-15 minutes. The room I had was a little cramped, but comfortable enough. The main disappointment was that the a/c was loud and did… Read more
