One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The location, accommodation and the quality of food was just fantastic. The staff could not be anymore helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Excellent accommodation in a superb location. Staff so professional, engaging and interested in you and making the most of your experience. Couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging wine tastings, restaurant bookings and pick ups/ drop offs too. Immaculate grounds, great WiFi too.

What a wonderful short stay we had here a few days ago. The staff were conscientious and attentive without being over effusive. Nothing was too much trouble for them and any requests were swiftly accomplished with no fuss. Debbie, the concierge was very knowledgable and helpful with her recommendations to suit our personal needs.

From the moment the gates opened, we were impressed. A lovely warm welcome by the manager on duty. A cold beverage offered. Shown to our beautiful self contained rooms not at all hotel-ish. The most luxurious linen I have ever slept on. The care to detail exordinary - an apple knife with napkin left on table. Personal service whenever we wanted it. Taxi service, even though we had our own car, to places on interest, to restaurants, etc. Lifted and laid like royalty. Would I stay again with out a doubt this time for a longer period. I could get used to service on this level. Read less

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Le Quartier Francais, after a busu tour of South Africa. The whole management team could not do enough for us. A wonderfully maintained hotel in a beautiful town. We wished we could have stayed longer, and look forward to being able to return next time we visit South Africa.
