This hotel never disappoints. We have stayed here previously and have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are huge and the resort is super clean and elegant without being pretentious. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect! I wish every hotel.could be as nice as this Hyatt.

Great location right opposite the beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and well equipped. Huge bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. Kitchenette with fridge and freezer really useful. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Pool area was great! Awesome music and great food! Great activities close by to do. Definitely would return back. My husband and sons will do a men's trip later this year.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Just OK, nothing to complain about, but would have to have a great deal on for me to rebook

First off, Clearwater Beach has my heart! First time visitor here and I absolutely love the place. The chilled out ambience, the relaxed cool vibe, the bars and restaurants, the views, just everything about the place is awesome. So much so that I'm already planning a return in October to potentially view Condos to buy. I won't however be staying here when I visit. The hotel is OK. Just OK. Didn't do anything particularly wrong, just didn't blow me away, and for the price tag ($450/night for a partial Gulf view twin) I expected better. For me the hotel is tired and dating. The lobby (L1) has an awful sewerage smell and the L8 pool area is frankly awful and way too small for the size property. At the pool area, the plastics are yellowing, the floor is slippy, Cabana curtains are hanging and ripped, and when we visited the pool resembled a human soup with so many bodies crammed in trying to get some cool from the intense heat. The room was fine. Again, some signs of aging, a little mould. Reasonable balcony view. Like I said, it was OK. Nothing worth complaining about but nothing to make me bust my nuts to rebook. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating although we had little cause to.interact other than valet in and out once, check in, and our maid a couple of times. I wouldn't deter people from booking, but I would advise they check out other properties and their reviews before committing at the prices here. Read less

The agent who checked did in listened to our tale of woe and helped us find the perfect rooms since we were traveling with 3 teenagers.
