Great location but that’s kind of the end of the positive comments. Rude staff. Poor check in process. Mediocre/dated hallways and rooms. The room arrival process struck me a unprofessional and clumsy. The room was set up in a way whereby everything you want is exactly not where you’d expect it to be. The room arrival process struck me a unprofessional and clumsy. The room was set up in a way whereby everything you want is exactly not where you’d expect it to be. Parking is $41 per day till midnight so if you park one night and leave after breakfast... well do the math. In your room make sure u “turn on the master breaker switch “ before the electricity works in the room. I mean what hotel doesn’t have master breaker switches tucked away. Don’t call the front desk about it unless you enjoy being spoken down to I really did not enjoy this place. The rude staff was the worst part I don’t ever want to stay here again. The Hyatt and four seasons are way better. Read less

Were booked in this hotel pre Cruise by, I believe, The Rocky Mountaineer with breakfast included. Our rooms were good and comfortable and the location was quite acceptable. Next morning upon arrival for breakfast we needed a voucher. Having produced our paperwork showing breakfast was included we still needed a voucher! There was no interest in any member of staff trying to resolve this issue on our behalf whilst we had breakfast. Having left our table and walked from North to South Tower reception I was in no mood to speak to the desk staff and asked to speak to the Front Desk Manager. Having explained my issue the Manager eventually came out with a handful of envelopes containing our said vouchers! Obviously on checking in the front desk receptionist forgot to pass the vouchers on to us. I then returned to finish my breakfast armed with the vouchers but I did not think it was up to me to sort out the failings of the staff. The Manager did come across to apologise to my party. It spoiled our experience at the Sheraton and they need to get their act together to avoid customer inconvenience. Otherwise no issues. Read less
