Modern business hotel in the central area of Vancouver. Reception had a fast check-in. Good proportioned bedroom with great views of the city. All other services were of a standard that you would expect from the Sheraton brand. Recommended.

We are on the last day of our 5-night stay. The service at this hotel is incredible!!! We have stayed in many hotels this year (ranging from a Fairfield Inn to a St. Regis). This is, by far, the best hotel stay we’ve had all year. It all started before we even arrived. I emailed the hotel to tell them we’d be celebrating our anniversary and my son’s 3rd birthday. I also asked some questions to make sure the hotel would be safe for my 5yo who is legally blind. To my delight and surprise, I received a very thoughtful and kind email response from Anna Harvey (VIP Services Manager). Not only did she answer all my tedious questions, she also upgraded us to a family suite (so my son would have more space). Anna continued to answer my random questions until she went on vacation a week before our trip. But she made sure we were cared for by Dana Kulchyski (VIP Services Director), who took up the baton in continuing to address any concerns I had. Lest you think we got better service because we are VIPs, let me reassure you that my family and I are not VIPs. We are a normal family on a typical vacation. That’s what makes it so special that Anna and Dana treated us like VIPs. A couple weeks before our trip, I realized I would need to arrive later due to some meetings, but Anna assured me that it would be okay for my husband and 5yo to check in on time even though the reservation was under my name. They were due to arrive very late (after 11PM). While at home, I realized my husband forgot to bring our inflatable bed bumpers to prevent my son from falling out of bed. I messaged the hotel at 10:30PM. To my delight, someone answered right away to tell me that the hotel does carry bedrails and could have them in the room before my husband arrived. Most hotels can’t/won’t help with special requests so late at night. The messaging and requests were handled by Sabrina. And indeed, my husband told me the bedrails were in the room before his arrival. The hotel also left us a crib for my 3yo, sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries for our anniversary and chocolate cake for my 3yo’s birthday. The next day, they even sent up branded stuffed animals for my kids! (Usually, it’s like pulling teeth just to get a crib into a hotel room... so it’s a delight when a hotel gets it right by having it in the room before our arrival.) The club lounge is the best I’ve ever been in. All the staff are hard-working, accommodating and personable. They greeted us by name, refilled all food/drinks quickly, and bussed tables efficiently. I forgot to get all their names, but even if I forgot their names, all of them were amazing... Jake, Kate, Tomoko, Edd, Frank.... Jake was very sweet to help clean up my son’s vomit one day; I felt so bad, but he reassured me it was okay. I had a very pleasant exchange with Edd last night when I raved about the service in this hotel, and he told me that they aim to “spoil” each guest and that they all love working there. This says a lot about the management. They must be treating all their employees well for the employees to work so hard and enjoy doing it. Kudos to Sascha Voth, the General Manager of the hotel!!!! When I messaged the hotel one afternoon to request additional linen and toiletries, they were at our door within 5 minutes!!! When I talked with the front desk about how I accidentally charged our dinner on my credit card instead of to our room to take advantage of the food credit that came with our room rate, the gave me the amount off our room rate. For those who book the family suite with young kids, please take note that there is no bathtub... only a shower. Thankfully, my kids were amenable to showering this time. You cannot go wrong in booking the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. The location is great and the customer service is near perfection! We definitely will be back. Read less

This is probably one of the best hotels in Vancouver. Being member of Marriott Bonvoy is a very good thing. Access to the lounge and other perks make the membership totally worth it. One thing that I didn't like is, when I booked the hotel, a $30 credit for the Bar One was in the price but this was never offered at the check-in, and I forgot to… Read more

One thing that I didn't like is, when I booked the hotel, a $30 credit for the Bar One was in the price but this was never offered at the check-in, and I forgot to ask, so I never received it. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay in this hotel and would recommend it. Read less

From the minute I checked into the hotel, to the minute I checked out EVERYONE in the hotel was super helpful, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The offerings in the Lounge (which has an incredible view of Vancouver and the harbor) were very good, varied and plentiful. Every corner of the hotel was immaculate, from my bedroom, that had an incredible view, to all the ladies' rooms in the public spaces. I was there for a conference and plan to return to Vancouver with my husband and stay at this hotel. My 3 days in Vancouver were made special by the staff. Peter, thanks for taking care of my 92 year old Aunt and me. You run a wonderful front desk, The only name I remember is Sabrina - but everyone at the front desk, bellhop and concierge desk were super helpful. Special shout out to the servers, in the grand ballroom, (Janine, Luis, Ella and Jack) who tended our table. Thank you to all. I can't wait to return. You are #1 to me!! Read less
