Not greeted with champagne. No treats or even a water cooler in the lobby. Diamond members do not get a club lounge or the whole breakfast included with stay. The upgrade for full breakfast was $15.00. Can you imagine that you have spent over $200,000 to become a diamond member and they still ask you for 15 dollars for the hot breakfast.… Read more

Embarrassing for all! There is no minibar and no opportunity to buy a movie in your TV. Read less

This property is beautiful. The service was excellent. However, I had a FedEx sent to me. Apparently the FedEx gets delivered to the Hilton next door. Both properties are connected. They are a 5 minute walk apart. The Waldorf charged me an extra $10 to walk the package from the Hilton to the Waldorf. That is outrageous. FedEx is supposed to be… Read more

This is our 2nd WA and unfortunately, it paled to the WA in Versailles. Maybe if we hadn't been to another one, it would've stood out more. There's nothing wrong with WA in Orlando. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was pleasant. The pool looked nice although we didn't partake in December. A standout was the breakfast in the Bull and Bear restaurant. Excellent job in this area. But for 5 stars, to me, it has to really stand out in every way. This was more like a very nice Hilton. It's been 3 weeks or so since our visit and I have to say that if my clearest memory is the breakfast, then it's not a highlight. So for the price, I'd probably try Four Seasons next time. Read less

Excellent service. However, the hotel is trying to make many different extra charges which is not appropriate in this hotel level. They charge $2-$70 to receive and send a parcel to your room. They charge $45/day resort fee. Plus $37/day valet parking!!!

Hotel is very impressive, clean, classy, great atmosphere to relax. While at this hotel, you can walk and spend time at the Hilton where there seems to be more to do and go than WA. Hilton pool amenities are better than WA if you have children. Room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4.
