The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, but the valet service is horrendous and we didn't know they charged you $40 /day. There is no self parking. The time it takes to get your car is absurd and there are buses blocking the entrance. A real mess! Our safe in the room never worked after telling them. The temp was turned down everyday when it was 50 outside so we came back to a freezing room. The walls are so thin, we could hear the kids screaming at 7:30am next door. After my husband made the reservation I called back to give them my Hilton Honors # and they would not accept it. Nor did they give us the credit it said on the web. Not the 5 star I had hoped to encounter. We won't be back for the price. Read less

The location was great and the staff did a good job. The valet was very slow and noise between rooms was louder than usual. I believe there are better values out there for the cost. I also found that going through the concierge for park tickets was more expensive than getting them myself. Again I would expect a high end hotel to provide them… Read more

This hotel is a true example of excellent of the Waldorf brand. Exceptional service, they have the worlds best concierge team - namely James & Abby. All hotel staff will exceed your expectations and provide exemplary old school service. I frequently stay in the worlds finest hotels due to excessive business travel and I personally felt the need to publish how amazing this hotel is when traveling with family. Even with the hotel at full capacity they still managed to make our stay amazing and made us feel valued. Would recommend this property over any of the Disney resorts due to the service levels. Our first time doing Disney without kids and yes there are kids everywhere but this is Disney and we love kids so no issue for us. Actually brought back plenty good memories from when our kids were much younger. Thanks again for wonderful time will definitely be back! Read less

She upgraded us to a larger room that was available, we were thrilled because we spend a lot of time at hotel & in the room. We really needed to decompress. We appreciate Alexa for spoiling us. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was large. Housekeeping did a fabulous job...and delivered any extra items requested. Shuttles were nice charter buses, very comfortable ( small bathroom in the back), always on time. We enjoyed Peacock Alley for dinner one night , great bar snacks( see picture), upbeat atmosphere and server. The cheese platter and slider plate were both delicious ( albeit slightly pricey). Piano player was fantastic. We also ate at Bull and Bear steakhouse & Oscars breakfast (see separate reviews) Pool area looked amazing, but too cold to visit. All staff were kind and helpful!! We had a great visit and would return. Read less
