We were in search of a decent pizza place to order from and she IMMEDIATELY gave us the number without hesitation of her favorite spot that would deliver to our room door. We ended up staying down stairs for a few to chat with her until our pizza came. Very professional and definitely a very important asset to the company. 10/10 would recommend the hotel. Close to downtown, everything relatively easily accessible in walking distances. Room was well kept and house keepers were all very kind. Parking garage was the only thing that confused us, just a different set up but it worked out ! Read less

Stayed here in Feb before me, my wife and our friends moved on to Memphis. Maybe a 15 minute brisk UPHILL walk from Broadway but it's clean, well run and the valet parking works well (1st time I've had valet parking... Feels weird handing the keys to the hire car over but it was kept safe and unmarked). They have occasional live music in the bar… Read more

Feels weird handing the keys to the hire car over but it was kept safe and unmarked). They have occasional live music in the bar which is reasonably well stocked and the day and night staff have a decent knowledge of the area. All you can eat breakfast is kept stocked and always hot, decent coffee too... The outside corridors tend to get rowdy as people who have had a few beers still think they're outside and can be a bit loud, that's probably the only criticism I can give but the hotel has signs all over asking people to respect that others might be sleeping... Would definitely stay again... Read less

Much to my surprise, my son decided he was taking me to Nashville, with our arrival being March 18th. I immediately Knew where we were staying, and in the midst of it all, Covid hit and we were quarantined up here in Philadelphia. Much to my surprise, I again dealt with Alisa, who was so compassionate and understanding, basically taking my by the hand and guiding me through the entire process. Her courtesy, empathy to the situation, niceness, and professionalism will keep us coming back. My son and I thank you, and when all of this madness ends, we will be right back at the Capitol...and I’ll tell you what, I will greet Alisa with a hug and many thanks! In today’s world, service like that is rare! Read less

Staying in downtown Nashville is expensive !The Capitol Hotel was one of the least expensive places to stay, and still be able to walk downtown. While this hotel is a little dated, I am a fan of outdoor corridors. Property and rooms were very well looked after and spotless. One warning, valet parking is NOT included, and is an additional $18.00 US… Read more
