Hotel Le Germaine Toronto

Toronto, Canada

The hotel

Keeping up with Le Germain’s reputation for delivering urban glamour in prime locations, Le Germain Toronto Mercer is both sleekly stylish and enviably central. In fact, it’s right in the Entertainment District, just a few minutes’ stroll from headline-grabbing attractions like CN Tower, Scotia Bank Arena, and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. It may be surrounded by top Toronto eateries, but the hotel’s bistro, Victor, features enough delectable dishes to tempt you to ‘dine in’ – and you’ll certainly want to enjoy the hotel’s complimentary deluxe Continental breakfasts, and a few evenings on the rooftop terrace, where you can sip cocktails, gaze over the cityscape, and even perfect your putt on the putting green.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the entertainment district with unusual style touches. Restaurant and bar are small...perhaps too small. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. TVs are large and modern. Glass walls into the shower from the bedroom is an interesting touch. Beds are very comfortable. Surrounded by tower blocks, views are at a premium but the roof terrace provides a great view of the CN Tower. Breakfasts are adequate - a definite area for improvement. The basic continental breakfast is limited. The cooked offerings seem an unnecessary costed extra. The restaurant is a cross between Victorian cosines and 21st century industrial chic. Interesting. Staff helpful and friendly. Read less

The service was professional but totally impersonal. Though we were there for a week there was absolutely no interaction. It’s a business hotel for corporate trip not for a family holiday. Read less

It was my first time at Le Germain Hotel. The room was amazing. When you come for only one night for a business trip, you know you want to have a good sleep. The bed was just perfect. Great breakfast buffet. Great service.
