Indigo Atlanta Midtown

Atlanta, Georgia

The hotel

There’s something suitably theatrical about Indigo Atlanta Midtown. It could be the vibrant colour scheme and theatre-inspired wall murals in the guestrooms. Or perhaps the red curtains swagged around the drinks in the bar. Or maybe the musical buzz that sweeps around the city and in through the hotel’s doors. Or perhaps it’s just its location, opposite Atlanta’s famous Fox Theatre. Whatever it is, it adds a sense of drama, decadence, and fun to your stay in the arts and entertainments district. It ticks all the traveller boxes, from a 24-hour fitness studio to complimentary WiFi and easy access to bars and restaurants, although the hotel’s unique flair attracts both visitors and locals to its own 683 Midtown Bar and Bistro, where popular Stateside dishes are enjoyed with local brews and handcrafted cocktails.

Stayed here for a birthday wknd getaway and the location was great however my booking for double (two) beds was overlooked so we got a king room( only thing left). The bed was comfortable however the room itself was pretty small. If you moonlight as superhero and are use to changing in phonebooths then the bathroom is perfect for you. Travel with… Read more

The hotel staff was amazing, very hospitable (Donavan and Jordan); however, I did not like the room selections. They are very small rooms, the bathroom is unbelievably small for someone my size 6'2, 240lbs. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance or cheap uber rides pretty much to anywhere.

This hotel is cute and a good location but omg you can hear every single conversation in your hallway and above you. The bathroom is so tiny it has the door smaller than that of a tiny closet. I don’t know how a 200 lb man could even fit in the bathroom it’s so small. The shower door doesn’t stay closed and the toilet is super loud when you flush… Read more

Also the lobby bar isn’t open so if you want a drink, you will have to go next door. Read less

For the money, this hotel is a great value. Front desk staff (Mecca) was helpful during my late-night check-in and provided some nearby late-night food options. Conveniently located in Midtown. Yes, the bathrooms are small (but nice); the room was clean and the lobby area is nice an inviting (considering COVID). Overall, a great value if… Read more

Hint: Garage parking at the hotel is $29/day and is good until 12 noon the following day. There are other less expensive options nearby if you're okay with "surface lot" parking. Read less

From check in to check out, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was small but decorated in a quirky but appropriate decor. We loved it. The bathroom was very small but we made due. Right next door is Lyla Lila which is a fantastic restaurant. The hotel does share a secure parking garage with the hotel next door and we had no issues.
