The hotel

Lakefront luxury, Westin Atlanta Perimeter North cossets you in refined comforts and unusual extras. Where is it

Just a few minutes’ from the Perimeter area’s business, shopping and dining, the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle service to designated stops within a 2 mile radius, including Perimeter Mall. The hotel is next to Concourse Athletic Club (the country’s fourth biggest health centre) and less than 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Transfer time to airport: 30 min.

This seems like a cheap motel posing as a Weston… The condition of the hotel aside, attitude of the staff at the front desk (supervisor) was so real! Truly seems like bizarro world. We usually think of Westin in parr with four seasons… but this stay has really made us think twice about staying at the Westin again. Read less

My husband and I had stayed at this hotel before and liked the atmosphere and it’s close proximity to the medical services I was having. We realized we were going to need to stay another night than was originally scheduled. I called down to the front desk and got Jessica which I later found out was a manager. When I requested another night, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then was told she thought they were sold out and then came back with a price more than double what I had paid for a Sunday night stay. Long story short, Jessica was not helpful at all. She was defensive when I questioned her information which did not make any sense to me at all. Laquanda was also working, but approached the situation with excellent customer service and remedied the situation. Room service was not great on timing and there were a few housekeeping issues(nothing major). The day of checkout, I met with Dedo Dixon the Director of Operations. He was fantastic and took my feedback seriously. He realized I was not a complainer even with the issues I had experienced and that he could make a difference in the future. Such a great guy!! Lastly a few honorable mentions to Abony James and Ed from maintenance. They both had great customer service. All in all a great stay. Thank you and I will be back. Read less

Since the club lounge was closed during the weekend, I was given vouchers for a continental breakfast in the main restaurant as a Titanium / Platinum member, the waitress in the morning came to explain that to me in front of other guests in the buffet ( you can’t have this, and you can’t have that. No not the salmon!, No omelette for you! you should pay extra, No you can’t have that french toast!) it was a humiliation kind of, So the best thing for me was a bagel and a cream cheese.. the good news here, they have 3 different kinds of cream cheese! Such a shame on the name of the brand, Since the lounge was closed, a full breakfast should be included or extra 750 points. I skipped breakfast the second day of my stay. Parking wasn’t free as other reviewers mentioned, that was probably in the past, now they charge 14$ for parking. Read less
