Room was enormous, the staff was responsive and friendly, and the breakfast outstanding. All we needed for a trip to Disneyland. Lots of families with kids, this is Disneyland after all. Cannot fault anything with this property.

2 queens were comfortable and nice to have a separate seating area, lots of space. Our room overlooked the park, so saw the fireworks, that was fun. The breakfast was good, try the Mickey Waffles! I was able to get a bottle of wine the first night, some ramen the second night as we were cold and wet from Splash Mountain. Read less

This hotel was nice and the rooms were as advertised. Parking at the hotel was easy and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was busy but well stocked. Having a CVS on the first floor was very convenient. The only issue we had was we requested maid service one day and they never came.

My review below was from two years ago. We were happy with our stay, despite wear and tear in the room. We decided to stay there again this time, and funny enough we were in the exact room we had last time! When we first entered the room, there was garbage on the bunk bed ladder. The carpet also hadnt been vacuumed, and the lightbulbs in the living room area were burned out. They came and vacuumed and replaced the bulb when we asked. The room was pretty clean after that (other than realizing the top bunk bed hadn’t been changed). But what made me sad to see is how worn out it was. Torn/worn out carpet starting to shred. Peeling edge on the mirror, wood chipped and worn everywhere. Even all of that was manageable. But where I really got concerned was when each morning, my five year old son woke up with bug bites. We searched everywhere for bed bugs but couldn’t find any, so I don’t know if that’s what it was or not. But by the time we checked out, he had bites on his stomach, chest, and all over both legs. I reported this to the hotel in a survey they sent me after checkout. I was surprised they didn’t respond about the possibility of bed bugs. I was also surprised about the fact that we were still charged full price after all of that. 😳 We will look for a different hotel next time. Bummer, since this hotel has such great potential. Previous Review (from Sept 2019) Before I start I want to make it clear that I absolutely HATE staying in hotels. Before staying in one I am usually a nervous wreck. I was so pleasantly surprised that I liked this hotel. Here are a few of the main points: -The layout of the family suite was perfect for my husband and I, our 5 children, and grandma. We all loved the big walk in shower! Much better than the usual tiny bath/shower combos hotel rooms have. -It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the gates of Disneyland, and that was only needing to cross one main road. Easy to walk home even after 12+ hours at Disneyland. -The CVS connected to the hotel was SO convenient! Our second night there, my 4 year old came down with a tummy bug (probably picked it up at the park). We were able to run down to CVS to get Gatorade, crackers, and Clorox wipes to prevent the bug from spreading. -the laundry room was needed due to the virus (see above) and we were very impressed with how clean it was! Again, SO convenient. The staff also provided us with several changes of sheets and tons of towels. -the free breakfast was fantastic! Plenty of “grab and go” items like scones, muffins, bananas, etc if you are in a rush to get to Disneyland early like we were. We also enjoyed the Mickey waffles and hot cocoa on our slow days. -we loved the whole rooftop area. The pool is tiny which I preferred since I was keeping an eye on little kids. It was fun to look out and see into California adventure. Actually we could see all the way out to galaxy’s edge in the distance. Cool! One night we got Pizza Hut (also attached to the hotel) and had dinner up there. It was really fun! -the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Again, coming from a person who hates hotels - I slept amazingly well there! The only negative things I can say is that the street noises below were a little loud on the first night, but we didn’t notice them after that. If you have little kids bring a white noise machine. The room did have some wear and tear, could use some updating in that department but overall it was clean. I also wish this hotel had a shuttle. It would have just made things a bit more convenient. Overall, I’d totally stay here again and plan to on our next Disney trip! Read less

The hotel was walking distance to Disneyland. It was nice to have breakfast available for families. We had a small issue w the room and it was addressed promptly. I must say the staff was diligently trying to appease my family and I. There is a connected coffee bean and pizza hut across the parking lot. The rooms were average as far as wear and tear. The rooftop pool was nice but probably only fit for one family due to the size and Covid-19 precautions. Parking fee applies but again walking distance to the park and restaurants. We left two days early a little sore from all of the walking and in need of a comfy bed available at home. I appreciate the staff including maintenance. I would recommend the hotel to the average family but not for the hotel snob. I hope this helps. Read less
