I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was going to Disneyland or had business in the area. The front desk staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. We had two king suites, both nicely appointed, comfortable beds, everything clean and in working order, good reliable internet service, and one had a great view of the nightly fireworks. You can't beat the location for easy access by car to the interstate or by foot to nearby attractions and the CVS next door was a plus. The only disappointment was the overly crowded breakfast buffet. Hard to control all the kids with their germs and dirty hands on everything! We opted to go elsewhere for breakfast. Read less

Stayed here while on business, so my great location is based on ease of getting to the highways, food options, CVS next door and not to mention being close to Disney. Very busy with people on vacation but not really an issue, I was on the 5th floor where pool was but was on the other side of hotel and my room was at the end of the hall the other way nice and quiet. Being I looked out on to Katella and Harbor pretty low street noise on the 5th floor, when emergency vehicles went by it was loud but only happened a few times during the week. Pretty busy in the morning for breakfast getting down there early the better but the front desk gives you a sheet with information stating that which I thought was nice. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, tater tots, waffles, cereal and bagels. There is underground parking, small but I was able to park each day.Their overflow is the residence inn within the same complex / area. This is a place I would stay again. Read less

I was very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it. We were in town for our daughter’s leadership conference at the convention center. She stayed with us for a few days and then the rest of the week in a nearby hotel with her group. There’s a good sized front room that was large enough for her to comfortably work on her project. There was a large sized desk, couch and chair with plenty of floor space. It also has it’s own TV. There’s a microwave and fridge and there’s a large bathroom. The areas with 2 beds has a TV as well. The beds were truly queen size, not double size being advertised as queen like some hotels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that the beds were far from the doorway so we didn’t hear any noise from the hall. The elevators are quick so there was never much waiting. The pool area is nice, although we only went up there to watch the Disney fireworks once. There are 2 washers and driers available to use. Since we were there so long, we needed to use it once. The biggest issue with that is the cost. It’s a total of $5 to wash and dry 1 load. There’s also CVS on the first floor of the building for various needs. The hotel is is short walking distance to Disney, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of foods and is clean. There are workers who are constantly cleaning tables and replenishing food and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting area. My only issue was that water leaked onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower. It was a minor problem that we just used a towel to fix. Other than that, I have no complaints! Read less

Stayed on the top 5th floor in a 2-queen suite. Highly recommend the 5th floor with its access to laundry facilities, gym, pool and rooftop deck. Opened our curtains daily and each time the owl perched on the roof of the neighboring hotel creeped me out (see photo)! Notes about the rooftop deck: security comes through at 10pm to ensure guests clear the area. Disney’s nightly fireworks show can be viewed from the deck as well. It’s a short walk to the Disney parks, Anaheim Convention Center and numerous restaurants. Having CVS downstairs was quite convenient. The room fridge perfectly stored our drinks (again, see photos)! Complimentary breakfast was decent but the coffee was weak. Go out and around the corner next door to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for a better selection. Read less
