I stayed from 19th to 29th March. Pros: It is a very hip hotel located between 2 Red Line stops of Chicago and Grand-State. Mag Mile is located about 10 minutes walk. Restaurants are plenty too. I stayed from 19th to 29th March. Pros: It is a very hip hotel located between 2 Red Line stops of Chicago and Grand-State. Mag Mile is located about 10 minutes walk. Restaurants are plenty too. Whole Goods is located a street away. Always ask for room around the mid levels if you prefer a quiet room with lots of natural sunlight. I stayed in room 1115 facing north. There was a wine fridge and coffee maker provided. An added bonus were room slippers and bathrobe and an umbrella for rainy days. Cons: the carpet in my room was a bit worn. On my last night the bathroom toilet was clogged. After informing twice and chasing up the front desk I was only notified that an engineer was not available as it was late at night. I switched rooms to 1313 only after I personally suggested that. I feel the front desk should have been able to handle this kind of emergency better esp offeting solutions. Overall, I would still stay at this hotel again. Read less

I ate in one of their restaurants and they had exceptional seafood and great service at the bar. The bar is too small but otherwise great. They have two more bars but rooftop was closed on Monday and Tuesday when I stayed which was very disappointing. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would repeat but may also try others as well. Stayed here for business...and would definitely stay again for a personal trip! The room, staff, and location were great. Tim, at the Concierge Desk, is a great asset. The room quality was great and I have no complaints.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional, our room was very clean and we loved the layout. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are very excited to return for our next weekend away.
