The location, the service, the attention to detail, the luxurious accommodations, and the safari guides made this trip well worth any cost. Our Abercrombie & Kent tour guide, Cameron Pearce, was knowledgeable, captivating, and full of energy. The safari guides knew exactly where to locate the most exciting animals and the animal activities. The “Big 5” and more made multiple appearances, sometimes virtually within reaching distance of our safari vehicle. The food was well prepared, presented, abundant, and delicious. I do not hesitate to recommend the tour company, the safari lodge, and most assuredly Cameron Pearce our A&K tour director. Read less

We stayed in a two bedroom lodge with a pool. Every detail was considered and we were very pleased. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well thought out. We stayed in a two bedroom lodge with a pool. Every detail was considered and we were very pleased. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well thought out. The mini bar was the best I have ever seen with choices of red and white wine and numerous liquor and mixer options and much more. The laundry service was exceptional in that it was quick turnaround and inexpensive. The food was outstanding--actually much better than what we had in Cape Town. They grow their own produce and it was really fresh. Our waiter provided excellent service and adapted menu options to our wishes. There is a small but reasonable and well kept gym. We enjoyed our spa services as well. We saw all of the Big 5 on game drives over our three night stay. Our guide, Atian, was a pleasure--both pleasant to be with and highly knowledgeable and professional. We would book another safari with More as we were impressed and confident that we would have an excellent experience again. Read less

This was a fantastic safari experience. A highlight of our South Africa vacation. Without divulging some of the surprises, I can attest that this is a luxury lodge through and through. The game drives were excellent thanks to Werner and Rector. Even the ride from the airport with Kaitlin was exciting and eventful. We had some worries because we had recently found out that we were expecting, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable and safe. We only stayed two nights but saw and experienced more than we imagined. We even had multiple sightings of 4 of the big 5 (we missed the rhino..)! We absolutely enjoyed our experience and are looking forward to returning, hopefully for a longer stay. Read less

Our butler, Israel, was fantastic and always made our day. We loved our daily game drives with Evans and Raymond who were incredibly knowledgable and so much fun. We saw the Big 5 at least twice (which is not a guarantee on any trip) and we believe that is owed to their expertise. The food was incredible. Every person we encountered was lovely and it really is the staff who set this luxury lodge apart. Just perfect in every way. Can't wait to go back. Read less

Everything and more that we hoped for! The rooms are wonderful, the gaming is the best that we experienced in Africa (we did three reserves). Michael our guide was so good and fun. The food, the bar, the gaming is excellent! We came as a family of four and it could not have been a better experience!
